The food is decent, but one of the things I don’t like is that they will use doordash for delivery instead of sending out one of their own drivers. I was paying cash and they sent a doordash driver to deliver and of course they don’t carry change. Another thing is I can’t tip the doordash drivers unless I have cash and it’s $7 for a delivery fee to have pizza hut deliver, but they don’t deliver and I pay to not have to have delivery fees thru doordash. I used to order pizza hut multiple times a wee, but due to this change I now order WAY less

Horrible service and product at this location. Ordered a 3 topping large pan pizza sausage, bacon, and olives. There was barely any toppings on it. Each slice had maybe 2 pieces of sausage at best and maybe the equivalent of 1/5 slices of bacon and maybe 2 olives. On top of that, when I got there, the employees were just talking in the back. They looked over and saw I was there, but basically ignored me for 10-15 mins while they were having their chat. Overall, super poor quality and service. Gonna stick with dominos. At leas their staff is usually friendly and greets me when I enter and they do a decent jobs with their toppings.

The food is decent but, there are quite a few issues. I ordered boneless chicken and they gave me the ends that had 0 meat in it. I paid extra for sauce and they forgot it. Today I ordered and was paying CASH and they sent a Doordash driver who do NOT carry change. Stop sending out Doordash drives but especially if someone is paying CASH!

Pizza Hut in Tualatin is a good place to get some pizza. We went in to order carry out and the experience was nice. The cashier was super kind and helpful and they had some good deals. We did the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each. The store was really clean as well. The only issue was the wait. Our pizzas took about 20 minutes to get to us, but that’s probably just part if the process. Overall good experience!

The store was clean, the pizza was fantastic, the customer service was great. I was impressed. I have worked in fast food and know what it takes to make that happen. They worked together and had happy customers. I love the tv monitor that lets you know where your order is at in the process/stage. I have a but of a drive and my pizza stayed warm. I will definitely come back to this store!
