I usually don’t order from Pizza Hut a ton but I was happy with the pizza I got from this location. It was for a small gathering and we finished all the food, it was so enjoyable. The staff were really professional and helpful when answering my questions.

There could not have been fewer toppings on the pizza. I took advantage of their promotion $10 any pizza. It should be a way to regain me as a customer. It didn’t, the crust was great. This location is consistently busy, so wait times for deliveries can be upwards of an hour fairly frequently. I recommend ordering it ahead and picking it up yourself, as usually that’s far quicker if you’re in a time crunch.
The pizzas have always been hot, fresh and consistent. Unlike the location at Scholls Ferry and Allen, they’ve never missed a single thing on any order ever. Busy as hell, multiple pizzas, rushing to fulfil all the orders, and they never miss a beat. That deserves the utmost credit. That’s a set of skills most people lack. I can’t imagine being able to do that all so well so rushed myself. Major props to them for all of it. The delivery staff however have infrequently mistakenly given us someone else’s order, meaning they no longer legally nor by company rules take back the food unless they just throw it away, which means when this happens, you get two orders of food for the price of one. If anything, I’m always kind of jazzed when this happens because of it. It sucks for the staff and especially the drivers, but hey, it’s going to happen inevitably to you, so you may as well take it in stride.
I recommend trying a stuffed crust pizza with creamy garlic parmesan sauce (white sauce), grilled chicken, bell peppers, fire roasted peppers and purple onion on it. If you want, bacon and black olives also go well on it. It is in my opinion the BEST pizza order you can get at Pizza Hut, hands down. My all time favorite.

Was picking up a door dash order and it was busy, another dasher came in and was screaming profanity at the manager..I did not feel safe..across my dasher screen said it was ready so I asked Kirk of my order was ready..and he got extremely nasty with me and said he should know when my customers order was ready..I just wanted my order so I could leve and instead they starting yelling at me and telling me to leve..really this guy next to me just called you every name in the book and your going to take it out on me? I didn’t do anything but ask for the order because they pushed the done button! I would not go in there ever again! As a customer or a dasher..I did not feel safe and they would not give me my order so I could leve..and they let the guy who was causing issues stay and get his order..the manager needs to be fired for horrible decision making..he put all people in danger because they let that man stay in there then took it out on me! Horrible experience! I WILL GO TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER ABOUT THIS!

Ordered delivery online, said it was delivered but never received anything… Me n my wife called 30 times in 20 minutes from 2 phones these people NEVER ANSWERED once.. it just kept going to the call center but they couldn’t issue a refund or anything. After 45 minutes I went into the store at like 11pm. I told the guy at register what happened and he said “the phones not going through” so I called the store right there in front of him and guess what? The phones rang and he had a phone on his hip… at this point I was pissed from the blatant lie(s)! The dude said he would make it fresh which was cool, but while sitting there in the lobby the guy walks from the register giving a walk in customer their order and when he walks to the back he PUNCHED the wall…. Super unprofessional and this is why we order from dominos granted they were closed early on Halloween…

I ordered pizza last week and it was decent , but today I used my free pizza I received with my last order and picked up a hand tossed chicken and pineapple with light sauce (I hate pizza sauce) and it was horrible.
I did a contactless curbside because I was headed to Hillsboro to get my nephew from preschool. First off I want to say this location has no place to park for the curbside pickup. Also I had to call and the woman who answered didn’t even see my order at first. Because I had to pull up behind parked cars while she ran the pizza to me I was unable to check it before I left.
I had ordered the pizza and hour earlier and set the pickup time. It was 3pm so not during the rush of dinner or anything. The pizza did not have light sauce, it was overcooked and look and tasted gross. Waste of my time and my free pizza

Heres the double cheesy crust pizza that was a replacement for an entire different order that they messed up twice. I called at 9 p.m. and I ordered told him that I would be there at 10 to pick it up. At 9:45 I showed him to the restaurant and she began to explain my pizza had a few more minutes. After about 15 minutes she explain a bubble had formed and that the pizza touch the top of the oven is that it was ruined and I would have to wait 15 minutes for replacement. She showed me the pizza at which point I explain I did not want it for free and that I did want her to remake it also explained that had tomato sauce sandwich I specifically ordered white sauce because I’m allergic to tomatoes. I left the restaurant to smoke a cigarette because I’ve been there for 40-plus minutes after calling an hour ahead. After about 15 minutes I came back into the restaurant it was explained to me that the lid came off of the oregano container and Spilled across the pizza. At 10:10 one person appeared besides the only girl that was helping me the entire time I was there. This os beyond ridiculous. I tried to be cognizant of the fact that there was only one person working so to extend an olive branch out of my dismay I told the worker but I appreciate the fact that she was the only person working and that I knew she was trying hard…she then responded by saying well hey it’s just a job right? Save your time money and energy because in my experience even when replacing something they’re not going to be able to get a correct delivery or carryout! And for the record this is not a stuffed crust pizza there’s additional cheese in front of the crust on top of the pizza.
