I mean it’s Pizza Hut. Nothing against the employees. They’re hustling the food out and we’re very respectful and professional.
The food is just okay. We got a large mushroom and cheese pizza. It just didn’t have much flavor. Considering there are plenty of options for pizza in the general Kailua area, I’ll likely be going there instead

This could’ve easily been a 5 star rating. Pizza was HOT!!! Cinnamon sticks hot and perfectly cooked. Breadsticks were cold and dry. 3 stars due to having MORE SAUCE than cheese. Went to feed my toddler and the few pepperoni and small chunk of cheese fell completely off slice. Sauce oozing everywhere. Less sauce and this would of been a perfect order.

We like pizza well done to bring out the flavor of the toppings. Our first order from this location was a hand tossed supreme and meat lovers thin and crispy. They were excellent!! Also, kind and efficient service. The online ordering worked fine; the 15 min estimate gave us all the info we needed for a prompt pick up. We appreciate you, Pizza Hut team!!

The Super Supreme pizza on thin crust was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t stop eating it because it was so tasty, especially after a 7-hour flight.

The food is always good as far as taste and quality. The curbside pickup process however is frustrating. There is no text or app notification as to when my order is ready. When arriving to pick up my order, instead of notifying via the app, I had to call the general number and listen to the message for several minutes while sitting in my car. There should be a method to bypass the message or notify via the mobile app for pickup. Pizza Hut should take some hints from Target or Jack in The Box on their app and mobile pick up.

Pizza tasted great. Less one star because online app was not working properly, had item in cart and kept force closing. Finally decided to not go through app and online through computer (hassel) and the Detroit style pizza was ‘sold out’. Disappointed and knocking a ⭐ off for it. My order wasn’t even placed in the evening… and sold out?

I placed an order online and was told that there was a 15-minute wait for carry out. When I arrived at the store, the sole employee was telling customers that he was the only person working that day, and that he had not yet started to make pizzas for customers who had already been waiting over 45 minutes. Finally, nearly 80 minutes after I placed the order, it was ready.
What really bothered me about this experience, though, was the fact that as new customers came into the store to place an order, they were told that their pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, when the employee clearly knew this to be false–one of these customers had been there an hour when I left. I can handle waiting for a pizza–backups happen and staff shortages can be unexpected. But I think it’s disgraceful for a restaurant to actually lie to their customers and falsely elevate a guest’s expectations so that the guest doesn’t go elsewhere.

Work on making better pizzas. I ordered thin crust because I like crispy pizza slices, but what I got was soggy floppy dough that seemed under cooked. Plus what ever flavoring that was put onto the crust was just bad. I had to cook the pizza in my oven just to be able to attempt to eat it, but in the end the flavor made it inedible, $52 down the drain. The only thing that I could eat was the chicken, had to throw out the rest.
