dont get me wrong..I LOOVE PIZZA HUT PIZZAS!! but i ordered my pizza here for my lunch break and this is the outcome. I am very disappointed that not only it came out all over the places but also the undercooked dough. Pizza Hut is and will always be my favorite pizza place, ill give this place another shot tho but i wont get my hopes up.

Great service. Got a notification that my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. They told me to wait another 30 minutes—okay. After 30 minutes, no one called my name, so I waited another 30. Still nothing even when the display said my order was ready. I had to pressure the cashier, and magically my order was ready after another 10. Ended up waiting over an hour inside. There were also like 5 groups or so who also been waiting over an hour. They kept telling everyone to wait 30 minutes to an hour more. Wow, never saw this before. Truly the pinnacle of professionalism—just amazing!

Placed an order at 12:06pm and my order was supposed to be delivered at 1:00pm. Called at 1:50pm as I had not received my order. I was told it was in the oven. Called again at 3:23pm because I still had not received my order. Cancelled the order as there was still no status. Avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost as they are terrible!

Placed my order at 5:44 with 20-30 min delivery time. I received a text saying it was on its way at 5:59(we live less than 10 minutes from the store). At 6:46 I called to see where my pizza was and got someone who was not at the store that said they would ask the store, they put me on hold. When she came back she said it would be there any minute. Pizza finally arrived at 7:03. Over an hour after it had supposedly left the store! When the pizza arrived it was room temperature.

I should have read the reviews. This store isn’t ready on time, and the wait is long—at least an hour and a half. I ordered through Uber Eats, which showed my order as ready for pickup, but I’ve been waiting here for an hour with no sign of it being ready. I just want a refund and to move on. I wouldn’t recommend this store in Kapolei.

I had put in my order at 7:05pm, said it would be ready by 7:20pm and I got the confirmation text saying that it was ready . Got to the store at 7:35pm and cashier said it’s not ready just waiting on the cheese sticks . Waited patiently (fyi im 5 months pregnant) and around 7:50pm the same cashier asked what I was waiting for . At that point I kinda wanted to cancel and get my refund because it doesn’t take half an hour for cheese sticks to be made . Order came out at 8:00pm and cashier threw in an extra breadsticks for the wait . I understand they are working very hard but they have the most workers in the back and every worker seemed confused . I wasn’t the only one waiting for orders . I think they should either change their estimated time of orders being ready , call if the orders are gonna be late or get new workers .

Whoever franchise this location, they need to fix their affiliation with uber. Everytime we try to order it always say unfulfilled. The only pizza hut locatin on Oahu that does not work with uber eats

This location is horrible!! On Sunday, Feb 11 2024, I placed an online order at 1:25 pm. for delivery. I received no phone call or updated status of my order. I had to physically go to the location after waiting over 2 1/2 hours. Then when I get there. I am asked by the customer service rep if I want to wait an additional 7 min for a rush order. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! I asked for a refund. Not to mention, you can’t even get a direct call to the store. The number listed goes to a call center who is incompetent on looking up orders. If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this location again!!! You would not believe how many people were waiting for orders when I arrived. All late orders going out to people tons of door dashers waiting!! SMH
