The picture on this restaurant’s Google listing? Yep—snapped by yours truly a few years back. So honestly, five stars to me for that alone.
I’ve been coming here for years and usually everything’s great, but tonight they kind of goofed my dinner. They did offer me a free dessert to make up for it, but I politely declined—mostly because I’m trying to pretend I have self‑control.
My only real wish? That the younger staff wouldn’t slam the drive‑thru window shut like it’s Fort Knox every time you ask for napkins or, heaven forbid, the sauce that comes with the chicken dinner you just paid for. I promise I’m not trying to smuggle hidden valley ranch dips—I just want my condiments.

Ordered online, arrived at time told would be ready. Nothing was made. 9 people’s working and had to wait 10 minutes and one girl at the front asking twice if they were making my food before they even started on it. So, a total of 22 minutes from the time it was ordered. No one even said anything about the wait. They also make your complete burger, wrap it up and then put it in the microwave to heat it up. Won’t order any “real food” from this location. Terrible!!!

Even though they haven’t had physical boxes in a long time, I came through with a very large family order of chicken strip boxes today. The type of order you expect to be messed up somewhere, but not a single thing was out of place. I appreciate folks who work hard to please their customers. You hear negatives all the time, and I just wanted to give best compliments to this particular store and the great staff there. Also, the food was delicious.

Horribly careless staff. They constantly get orders wrong or give you food that is not correctly made. I.e. Order a banana milkshake but you get a flavorless $5 cup of milk with a bit of ice cream. Also they haven’t offered moolattes in at least 3 months due to machine not working. Definitely in need of stronger and more attentive managers.

Had to reduce my rating. I’ve bought several oreo blizzard’s over the past year and only one has been acceptable. The blizzard looks ok when you leave the restaurant, but after you get about 40 – 50% into your blizzard there’s no oreos and you’re left with vanilla ice cream even though I always pay for extra oreos. It’s a training issue because they used to be pretty consistent with well mixed blizzards.

We ate lunch there today.London, KY. 6-1-21 Big juicy hamburgers! Very good! Finished up with Blizzards!! I had my usual wonderful cherry and my husband had a great tasting peanutbutter!! I can’t say if the ice cream or food taste different from years before! Can only speak for the last 5 years!! Gotta give this place an A+!! Can’t forget the Super friendly people working there too!

I went through drive thru for breakfast and it was a great experience the gentleman taking my order was friendly and helpful as was the presenter at the window and I had some of the best biscuits and gravy from Dairy Queen in quite a while. I recommend this little DQ for all your faves!

A little bit pricey but the food is good at this location. Didn’t have a long wait time either which was nice for a change especially when going thru the drive thru.
