I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, some breadsticks and an order of mozzarella sticks on the Pizza Hut app. I got a text message that my delivery driver (Door Dash) was having a hard time finding my building. I tried to call my delivery driver (per the text) and he doesn’t speak English. I don’t speak Spanish so it took about 20 minutes of back and forth with Google translate to find out where he was. I finally get my order and get inside only to find that the food is cold and the mozzarella sticks are burnt (photo attached). Also, the order of mozzarella sticks is supposed to have 8 sticks and there were only 6 (I ate one to see if the color was deceiving and maybe they weren’t burnt….but they definitely were). I called the store and the girl on the phone could not care less that I was unhappy. She offered to have the order sent out again (it’s almost 9pm at this point, no thank you) or get a store credit (I will not be ordering from them again, so that was also a no from me). I asked for a refund for bare minimum of the mozzarella sticks because they are inedible. She agreed and said it will show up in my account in a few days. Just overall very disappointed in this experience. I was REALLY craving hot, cheesy pepperoni pizza and I got cold cardboard and poor customer service instead.

I went to the Ventura Rd. location Saturday as the one near me on Channel Islands Blvd. was permanently closed and there was a not so friendly girl working the register. And as customary after I received the pie asked for cheese & pepper flakes I was told that there was an extra charge for it. Needless to say I will not be returning. I was there around 12 noon. The only thing I can suggest is to retrain her on dealing with customers as she clearly needs it ASAP. And when did pizza hut start charging for something that has always been free? Insane!!!!!

This Pizza Hut location has always made a person feel welcomed from the moment they walk in. The pizzas are always made with such great enthusiasm and pride you can tell when you eat your pizza by how well it tastes. The customer service is outstanding. From the moment you enter the facility until you leave you know you’ve had service with pride.

The food was great, but I paid for eight mozzarella sticks and they only gave me six. I wasn’t gonna drive all the way out there again to for the mozzarella sticks that I was missing. I just know that I’m not gonna order again from there.

It’s been about 6+ years since we last ordered from here. We thought we’d try it again. The pizza was a little dry and so were the breadsticks that were overcooked. I think it’s sat in the warmer too long before they gave it to me. The portion size of the pasta has really gotten small. Pizza taste wasn’t bad but a little bland.

FINALLY!! I have traveled to so many states and although I come from Jersey where we have great Pizza, I had good experiences with pizza hut when I was younger. I guess bc of it being a chain pizzeria the owner of each place got lazy, dry undercooked over cooked.. BUT!!FINALLY PERFECT PIZZA HUT PIZZA! Crust was perfectly fluffy and crispy as well buttery I guess! Cheese and sauce was perfectly distributed and flavored as well as cheese was melted TY!

Sadly, This was our Last Pizza Hut Pizza! When I ordered tonight there was NO option for Pan Pizza, which really MAKES this pizza. It tasted like cardboard, inedible, and terrible. We couldn’t even finish 1 piece each. Just Don’t Order here. Try another Local Pizza restaurant before Pizza Hut! We are Truly Disappointed

Ordered pizza and wings early on Halloween, to beat the rush, delivery was spot on no issue there, but man was the pizza bad, no taste and dough was hard as a rock. The wings did not really have the flavor they use to have very disappointing. Will not recommend them at this time , again very disappointing in the flavors for the price I was changed. One pizza okay, but all three different pizza’s where the same and two sets of wings were bland in flavors.
