Ordered honey BBQ wings and wings where completely dried out and no sauce on them, it was not even edible how dried out they where and threw them out. The big new yorker pizza ordered had a pinch out of it (hoping got stuck to pan) but was not good at all. Called and asked to speak to manager about it and the gentleman that answered phone said I was speaking to him, he offered to deliver the wings again but we asked for refund, he said he would need to send request to the manager…..

2 months ago we stopped using this store bc the pizzas were so bad. Management recently cleaned house and replaced most of the staff, so we decided to give this store ONE more try. The last 2 orders have been spectacular! We will continue ordering as long as the quality of food remains in tact. The new staff has made a big difference- keep up the good work!

The pizza was delivered an hour later than the indicated time. It took 2 hours to get delivered and it was not hot, barely warm. When calling the store directly to voice concerns, no one answered and it put you to a fax machine. Horrible service, delivery, and quality of food. Not anywhere near the cost of $40 for 2 medium pizzas! At this point, I would never order from them again.

I used to go to Pizza Hut as my favorite pizzeria. I went back to see if things have changed. Well, it was poor at best. The establishment was under staffed. As I walked in to pick up my order no one around. It made me uncomfortable as I thought maybe something was very wrong. An employee showed up at the front after 5minutes. This employee was by himself ! He apologized and stated that my order was still in the oven. 15minutes later he provided my order and apologized again. When I got home opened the box it looked liked a mess. The pizza was under cooked and cold. The only thing I can say is this was not the employee fault it falls on management. Just ordered a big box pizza with two pizzas, wings and bread sticks…. and had to send the delivery guy away because he brought us a mushroom and pepperoni pizza -.- for the same price $30+. Not ok, double check what you ordered. Pizza hut is being shady!

Usually, you all do a great job, that has not been the case these last couple of orders. repeatedly my order has gone to another address and on this specific order I ordered; 1 Parmesan & Romano Grated Cheese Mini Shaker (0.99cents) and 1 Classic Seasoning Mini Shaker ($1.49). Instead what I received was 2 Parmesan & Romano Grated Cheese Mini Shaker. I have a problem with that as I was still charged for the Classic seasoning and that is clearly an upcharge from the grated cheese mini shaker.
