The pizzas were horrible. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We spent almost 70 dollars on half-frozen, bland, cardboard-like pizzas that tasted straight out of the freezer. I could’ve spent less money at Domino’s for fresher pizza. What the hell? I’m shocked.

The lady tried to hide her price. Here wouldn’t make a correction on. It hesitated to give me a price hit. The price again was very rude and ignored me for about 10 minutes when I was trying to place the order here’s your photograph.

I’d give this location 6 stars if I could. Employees are always so polite & helpful. Food is great & ready on time each visit! I have a lot of respect for their employees, I’ve lived in Orange for 3 decades & there is some nasty& rude attitude locals that walk in every day to leave bad reviews. These employees handle them with grace every time & continue to provide some of the best service I’ve ever received at a Hut location. Hats off to their employees & management. If you’re trying to find a solid Pizza Hut location this is the 1!!! Employee, Anna is amazing at her job & showed outstanding customer service today. God Bless

What happened? New management ? Yucky yucky .. New owner different quality? Tastes completely different. It use to be very delicious. It’s disgusting and so wrong., Never again. I’d hope other locations aren’t so terrible. Such a shame

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, ingredients, and flavor of our pizza. It was really good. The delivery time was exceptional. The only disappointment was the limited ingredients. Years ago Pizza Hut had additional ingredients that included spinach and calzones that were exceptional. It would be nice to see some of that come back. That’s what made Pizza Hut exceptional, not a lot of gimmicky dough.

This pizza hut is great and is superior to any of the other owns within a fifteen mile radius of my location. The order was completed during my requested schedule time so there was no wait time. The reason I didn’t give it a five star rating was because the hand sanitizer dispensers were all empty which is unfortunate during these unique times.

Wow! The items were on time as scheduled exactly to the minute. The driver was friendly and prompt. The pizza though, was so astonishingly good and well made in comparison to the competition I think I found my favorite pizza delivery. Pizza hut is such a better value and quality that it should just be renamed Pizza King

Disclose hidden fees on the orders. What is a service fee? Arent you on the business of producing a product and servicing your customers?
About a 10% service fee was charged on my order, pick up order, and the store manager could not explain what it is for and could not remove it from my bill. He refused to provide a number to call to inquiry on it. Needless to say, i am extremely disatisfied.

I placed the order about 90 minutes ahead of when I needed it. I arrived about 3-4 minutes early, and the pizza was literally being placed in the box when I opened the door. It was also a free pizza because I used my points which made the experience even better. Pizza was still hot when I got home (about a 10 minute drive).
