Neil delivered our pizzas tonight and provided outstanding customer service. Our dog was ready to run out so we took forever to open the door but he was so patient and kind. He truly above and beyond tonight and I hope management recognizes him. He’s an amazing asset to the team. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again thanks to him.

The place is ok. Very small. Customer service could be friendlier and the pizza is the worse I have ever had with pizza hut because it was super dry. It’s supposed to be greasy not dry. Will not come back here.

The customer service was truly exceptional—especially thanks to the Vietnamese gentleman who went out of his way to ensure my visit was perfect. His friendly demeanor, expert recommendations, and genuine care made my decision so much easier when choosing the best pizza for my taste. The pizza itself was delicious, crafted with quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. It’s rare to find such personalized service and passion for customer satisfaction. I definitely plan to come back for more!

Worst customer service ever ! The manager and the delivery person Did not care once so ever on their mistake. and didn’t even bother to fix this problem to make this right. what ever happened to keeping the Customers happy. i definitely felt i got scammed. We were so excited to give Pizza Hut a try again for National Pizza Day. Very disappointed! For Spicy Double Pepperoni, it was lacking in the spicy category and if you call having 2 types of Pepperoni as “double” – very misleading. Double usually means twice the amount of Pepperoni. As for the taste, not Pizza Hut quality. More like a grocery store frozen pizza quality. Dough was a little on the undercooked side. Overall taste was nothing that stood out. Little Ceasars would have been better. Fees for delivery on Pizza Hut’s website were almost the same price as the pizza itself. Would have been better off ordering from Uber Eats. Still fees but at least I would have earned points. BUT the customer service and delivery service were great though. Most likely will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

These guys really listen to what you want and they know how to make a pizza. The sauce, cheese, topping ratio was perfect and they even made it a little well done without having to special request it. I ordered 3 pizzas and I think they were ready to go out the door in 10 or 12 minutes. Polite, friendly, fast and exceptional service. This is a model Pizza Hut.

There are 2 different orders for 2 addresses but they tried to delivery to 1 destination to save their time but still charged 2 different shipping fees. And the delivery person said i made that mistake, no one changed it even the 2 confirmations from my email shows 2 different addresses. Very horrible service.
