Hubs and I just came thru for breakfast and Isabel took our order. I couldn’t remember the name of the sandwich i wanted and she immediately knew! I also needed a gf bun and she apologized for having to look for it (it maybe took an extra 15- 20 seconds). Great food and great service, we’ll be back! Thank you again Isabel for being so kind!

Chic-fil-A does what’s best for the customers. Even though there are two line lines at the drive-thru, you get through fairly quick because orders are taken continuously as you move towards the window. Very impressive.

Without a doubt every time I come here it is a good experience. Food is always right, and on the rare occasion something is messed up they are eager to fix it. Someone always comes by our table to ask if everything is alright and if there’s any trash they can grab. 100% recommend.

I ordered a chicken club sandwich on our 7/22 visit. I have had these before and not been disappointed. This trip however was different . While the sandwich had the flavor I expected, the size of the chicken breast was lacking. I had two bites on the sandwich with no chicken, the chicken used to fill out the bun, but not this time. I guess shrinkflation has hit Chick-fil-A.

My son commented last night after our fifth visit to the Greenwood store in as many weeks that what makes Chick-fil-A different is that they never miss anything with your order…even when it’s over $30 of food with special condiment requests…they don’t miss a thing. I told him it’s because they hire people who care and have an efficient expediting system in place. Thank you for another great experience!
