Absolutely horrible service I’m standing in here right now and they say there’s no manager I’ve been calling this place for 3 days and no one answers the phone. I called while I was in the store and you can clearly hear the phone ringing and not one person move to try to answer. I’ve waited 3 days on my refund or a replacement pizza. I called the 1-800 number they couldn’t help either they just kept transferring me back to the store and the store did not answer for me or for their own customer service employee line. Place your order with Domino’s instead and save yourself the time and frustration

i have ordered from this store multiple times. I understand that delivery orders can be a challenge. But when the person delivering the food order cant even read the sales ticket and then wants to argue with you about your order. because half the stuff you ordered he forgot at the pick up. while he is latterly holding in his hand with the complete order details. This is a problem.

My lemon pepper dry rub boneless wings were delivered to my car 9 minutes early after ordering through the app. They were delicious. I also got two personal pan pizzas and they were cooked perfectly.

Cold food, old pizza, horrible pizza. You are better off buying frozen pizza from the market. The pizza will taste 10x better.

She is friendly and professional customer service, ability to foster a positive and efficient work environment, and strong leadership in coaching and developing. I really appreciated his work. The food quality and variety is outstanding .

Ordered delivery, order arrived with 1 item missing, 1 item burnt and 1 item wrong. I tried calling 4 separate times, even had my call transferred by customer service and no answer. I drove over with the burnt and wrong items making delivery useless. When I walked in 2 guys came from around the corner and I explained the situation. The wrong pizza was supposed to be a thin crust and I pointed it out, one guy responds with “that’s hand tossed” well duh, that’s why it’s wrong. He asked if I wanted a credit and I told him a remake of the issues would be fine. The other guy took the pizza and cookie and put it back in the hot box which is gross in itself. But as I was sitting there waiting for the remake the phone rang. 1 guy is boxing up my order while the other kid sat in the office chair playing on his cell phone ignoring the ringing phone sitting next to him. Makes sense now why so many reviews say they don’t answer. This location could use some training for sure.
