I ordered delivery and there was a small mix-up with my order, but their customer service was amazing. I called to let them know, and they immediately took care of it and delivered the correct items right away. Mistakes happen, but how they handled it says everything. Great service and I really appreciate how quickly they made it right. Will definitely order again!

Drew deserves a special recognition, he made my experience a memorable one. I felt welcomed, comfortable, not judged. I felt like a valued person/customer. He is very polite and professional. He has a good spirit and attitude. A real gentleman to say the least.
The store was kept up. It’s located next to a Mediterranean restaurant. There’s chairs inside where one can wait for the food or you can sit outside on the chairs and table (patio style). Even though the weather was extremely hot, it felt cool on the tables. There’s plenty of parking as it’s located in a shopping center.
The food was made in a timely manner. It was fresh too. Tasted great. The chicken was made just right. The personal pizza was just right. I’m very impressed with the store and it’s employees. My visit here (Irvine) was a good one.

I would like to talk to Drew the manger, today K. the manager said there’s no change for me to pay for the food I ordered. No possible way I can pay with USA MONEY . After 8pm why does your safe lock and not allow your staff to have change?

I ordered carryout and appreciated Claire’s suggestion of the MyHutBx which consisted of a personal pan pizza, 4 pc chicken bites & a drink. However, I ordered bone-in, but received bone-out, which was ok, but had to return for the drink. Overall, the meal was tasty, carryout only location clean & friendly staff.

Can’t even make a pizza well done and even when they bring it out of the oven the first time it’s not cooked all the way through still has very raw cheese and meat. cheese cooked is brown going dark brown when cooked right the first time this Pizza Hut needs every single one of their employees trained again 1:56pm was my ready time came to my pizza raw I ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK TO COOK IT LONGER!! And when cooked longer to meet that “well done” they give it entirely BURNT black cheese pepperoni burnt just snaps the pizza dough snaps like a pretzel and is also black burnt corporate will hear from me and I will request for an area manager to turn this place around 6/29/2025 this isn’t after one bad pizza THIS REVIEW IS FROM MONTHS OF PUTTING UP WITH THIS PIZZA HUTS BULLSHIT !

Not just an other pizza-hut location , this is really good one. Fast service, friendly staff, freshly prepared, fantastic food & free car parking.
Tried boneless wings & brownies, both are really good. Food was packed really good for the take away and hot & fresh after an hour. Next time will try pizza which I’m sure will be great.

Don’t know the managers name, but she was working tonight. I believe her name is like Alma or something, but she was extremely rude. Her system malfunction and she told me that she needed void this transaction and I was going to have to pay for the pizza all over again and I told her no because I already paid for the pizza , and I’m not going to wait for 3-5 business days to get my money back. The pizza was made I was charged, what am I not getting. She the one who had an attitude by telling me “Go ahead take the pizza , enjoy the pizza” ! With such snark in her voice! You better believe I’ll enjoy the pizza, I just paid for it. Corporate has already been called.

New Pizza Hut Meat Lover’s Melt is outstanding. Loved it and also the marinara dipping sauce that came with it. Excellent taste and excellent value.
Unfortunately, the Cheese Steak Melt was a dud. In fact, we didn’t eat it. Taste uninteresting. The “Steak” appeared to be from a processed roll, not the freshly grilled that that was shown in the advertising. Came with a ranch dipping sauce that did nothing for it; would have been better to be able to get the marinara dipping sauce with it.
Staff was very good to deal with, deliverer was excellent. Delivery took about 30 minutes more than the 25 minutes that was indicated when we placed the order on the website.
The website was a bit clumsy to deal with in placing the order. Hard to move to the section of the menu we wanted. Also we could make modifications to the order easier when placing a phone order than at the website.
Finally, the cost of delivery including tip almost doubled the cost of the food we ordered (2 melts). However, the cost was clearly indicated when placing the order, so we were not misled about this.
