There’s this short pretty worker with pink hair named Valentina and she’s always very fast, attentive and constantly double checking orders with each customers order. She’s not only fast, caring, but also quick thinking. I saw her handle multiple different kind of dashers, carry outs, and place orders alongside picking up phone calls all with a great attitude and great observation. I order from here a lot and honestly i should have wrote a review about her a long while ago but finally took the time to tonight because of how extremely wel i saw her acting even with the super bowl happening!.

We got carryout and were really bummed to find hairs on my wings. First, we saw a hair hanging from the box on the way home, then we found another long hair stuck to one of the wings. There were three employees—one was wearing a hat, another had super short hair, and the girl didn’t have a hairnet on at all. They really need to be more careful with the food.

I always seem to have issues when I use this location. Last time they delivered the wrong items and when I called back said they were already closed and I had to wait till the next day . This time they got my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back to the store just to sit for 10+ min cause the Cinnabon she said she was gonna give me for my trouble wasn’t even put in. If possible use another location or just go to Domino’s. It’s nasty but they get your order right every time.

Ridiculous. Waited a hour called and then was hung up on before I was finished talking… orginally I ordered pasta and it wasn’t delivered. After I called back I opened up the boxes and really looked at my order to find this. Ridiculous. $80 and I got more bread/ crust and sauce then cheese and toppings. They said they would refund but I get no receipt for refund. Also Said, right thing to do is bring it back. No offer to remake anything at no charge for the inconvenience.Disappointed. If I wanted my food to be remade I would have to wait another hour. Kid was sorry but seemed annoyed with me. Drove back with food, and my kids in the rain, to then be asked if I wanted the refund now. Or to wait till he did it after his shift so he could process it. Or when he was ready later that night. Still Got no receipt for refund. Now I wait till $80 goes back on card. Manager lacked customer service 100%. If the food was made correctly, all the food was delivered, and quality control was checked before cooking this review would not be here.

I just want to start by saying, l LOVE Pizza Hut! But this time around I was completely disappointed with the service and food quality. My kids and I were expecting a great pizza loaded with cheese and toppings. The pizza claimed to be hot and crispy instead it was soggy and poorly handled by the driver. The driver short with me and rude. When I told him to keep the change for a tip, “He said thanks a lot!” in a condescending tone. I have him a $12 tip! I thought that was generous! Especially since it took him almost an hour to get to my place, after the website claimed they would deliver in half the time. I gave it 2 stars because the wings were good. I will not be ordering from there again.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut pizza in probably 15-20 years. Was feeling nostalgic and tried it out again, big mistake. Their pizza is equivalent to what you would get at a convention center or school cafeteria. Their larges are equivalent to most other restaurants medium. The attached picture is a slice of their $24 “pepperoni lovers pizza”, what a sham. Any leftovers are going to the dogs because it’s just not worth keeping to eat again. The old mantra of ” pizza is pizza, it’s always good” doesn’t apply here. The only positives was the staff here that was friendly.

Poorly managed. Food not ready on time. They will leave you standing at the counter without acknowledging you for 10-15 minutes. Pizzas with very little toppings most of the time. It’s a disappointment.

Ordered a supreme pizza, was undercooked and sticky uncooked dough inside. They refused to make it right, it was inedible. Family refused to touch after a few bites. This was $30 delivered, how sad pizza hut. Killed another customer for life….

We gave this location another chance after our first encounter which did not go well at all. But something has changed recently because service was quick and mostly good. The pizza and wings were great. Feels like new management.
