Would not recommend this place. The people there are rude. Went there with my girls around 12pm. Went inside area. There were no dogs that dinning area was close. This lady Eliza came out rude to my girls . And completely ignore my existence. She came straight out at them. @to get out” yelled. Spoke to manager also to see if this issue was normal. Coming from her part. She basically said . There was nothing she can do for the bad moment . She just faked apologize. This is ridiculous. Been coming to this phage for a long time. Naybe us new management. . After I called her attention now she put signs on area that’s was close would not recommend this place . Wgihich is supposed to be a healthy environment for family and kids. Totally the opposite .

S/o to the PIZZA HUT on Palmdale Rd in Victorville! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and they did NOT disappoint.
I ordered one large supreme and one medium meat lovers and not only was the pizza fresh and delivered in less than forty minutes, they also upgraded the medium to a LARGE with no additional charge.
I received two large delicious pizzas for less than $40. I give them 5 stars ⭐️

It is a typical Pizza Hut establishment, located in same strip mall as Cardenas Market on Palmdale Road in Victorville. I have ordered pizzas, several times, from this location, through Uber Eats, when visiting my relatives in High Desert. Most of the time, the meals were delicious, and well-made. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. Of course, from time to time, I would come to eat inside, or order take-out. Since most of the orders in this establishment were take-outs, the place was empty. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The place was neat, and tables were mostly set up for a group of four people. Of course, without tables to sit down, there were several arcade games in the back of the restaurant. So, if anyone enjoys fairly priced pizzas, and want to play arcade games, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. The place is usually empty, and there is ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal.

The pizza was good but had to wait long to get it. ordered online and went to pick up when the app said it would be done. Needless to say it was not done when I arrived, and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. Hoping for better luck next time.

What is the point of having a phone if you’re not going to answer it????? Tried calling a few times becuase i was having issues with the dasher who was delivering my order and no one could be bothered to answer the phone. I order from pizza hut only because it’s the only pizza that will deliver to my area, not because i like pizza hut.

Got a nice surprise when I opened my pizza box. I was missing a corner of my pizza and the safety seal is not even doing a thing to show you that your food wasn’t messed with. As you can see in the photos the seal is still in tact after I opened the box and there’s clearly a piece of my pizza missing from being torn off.

Ordered delivery they didn’t bring my 2 orders of wings. Store didn’t answer when I called so I went online to talk to a representative. They offered me 1 order of wings no refund for the 2 missing then patched me through to the store who said a manager wasnt in to authorize anything. Go back to dealing with the online rep they claim a call would come to deal with it and still no call.

It is a regular Pizza Hut restaurant. This one is located on Palmdale Road, in Victorville, near Cardenas Market. During COVID-19 lockdowns, and when visiting my relatives in High Desert, I would order pizzas from this establishment through Postmates or Uber Eats. Those pizzas were quite delicious, and well-made. Of course, from time to time, I would come inside, to dine-in or order take out. The service was prompt. At the same time, the staff members were helpful and attentive. In addition, at least during my visits, the lines were non-existent. Of course, since lines were non-existent, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. As a result, the tables were neat. Of course, in the back of the restaurant, there were several arcade machines, where patrons could play, while waiting for their orders. I forgot to mention that prices, at least for pizzas, were quite fair. So, if anyone enjoys pizzas, I would recommend to stop by this place, and order some delicious pizzas.

Been a long time customer, but not anymore. My pizza tonight was super thin, stiff and crunchy. I called to let them know. I was told “this is how the pizza is made now”. Lol. Did not appreciate the argumentative tone of the person I spoke with as if I should have known that this is how the pizza is supposed to be. I understand mistakes are made but I don’t appreciate the attitude I received by the staff when I was polite and understanding about the whole situation. I will no longer be ordering pizza from Pizza Hut due to the staff.
