The upside: their pizza is always fresh and delicious. I place my orders on the app and it is consistently ready for pick up at the estimated time. The downside: there have been too many occasions when I arrived to pick up, and was told that their EBT machine was not working, leaving me unable to pay for my order.

You know what’s worse than bad service, having the team leader tell you that the order you placed is a double order when it’s clearly NOT. I placed two online orders, of course they weren’t ready as promised. I also wanted to check the sauce on the wings. It was a combination of different wings. In the past when I’ve gotten a delivery wings are usually dry. So today I decided to pick the order up and let them know. Wings came out great. However this is a promotion that comes with fries, DOUBLE FRIES. I check the fries to make sure everything was ok. The box was half full. The team leader or manager Diane/Diana, (the one with the hickey on her neck, tacky)anywho…said that’s a double order. Nope I don’t think so. So I took pictures. She then asks me if it’s a door dash order. I mean what difference does that make..? Do they rip off door dash customers with the amount of fries given anyway. I placed both order of fries together. That’a a double order. Second picture.

Super homey feels on the inside of this Pizza Hut. Beautiful wood interior with walls full of street signs and framed photos.
They have a salad bar here to add healthy veggies to your meal.
Seats about 75 guests, able to accommodate large parties of 20+. Just call and give them a heads up.
Fun ufo catcher games and video arcade near the entrance – they have Pac-Man!
Plenty of free parking out front. Friendly employees!

Food was great, but the customer service I can’t unfortunately say the same for. Only had my soda refill once from like a 2hr stay there. Also the fact that they don’t have a salad bar anymore or a mid day buffet kinda sucks as well.

Now days home delivery is pizza business, but the still have a dining room with limited salad bar, but still Pizza Hut is the best.

It was very quiet and slow at the time that we went.
The staff seemed mellow and ran through the motions just fine.
Communication was straight to the point on both ends.
The quality of the food was absolutely more than worth the dollar.
The place seemed clean wherever we waited.
The families that were eating were content quiet and smiling in their own service.

Order same thing every time for months now.
“Big New Yorker” does not sound any like “large”
For some reason large is $3 more but smaller. I tip way too generously for that kind of mistake.
