Awful! Ordered 2 pizzas, one was wrong. They arrived cold. Taste is bland. Had an impossible time trying to get ahold of the store. They are sending another out in 30 minutes but “make sure you give the wrong pizza to the driver”. Knowing they were delivering to a hotel… no plates, napkins, peppers or cheese. Super disappointed with our choice tonight. Definitely not typical Pizza Hut standards.

I took my daughter for a pizza coupon from school, once she received it, it had a hair, and the cook still had the audacity to say we planted it there, and they could not make my daughter a new pizza or give me her coupon back , Such a rude comment to say why would I plant a hair knowing I did not pay a dime for it so dumb.

As far as dining in, I always steer clear. The food is great and we’ll priced but the dine-in experience is pretty underwhelming. The location is fairly old, at least it looked that way last time I went inside, but it doesn’t take away from how good the pizza is. I love that they brought back the Big Dipper! The pick up process is pretty easy, they offer contactless pickup.

Pizza was great we got the dinner box we sat down by 2:08 pm got our pizza with in 15 min then our wings with in 18 min not bad the manager was nice and professional aswell as the staff we eve started watching the nfl channel with the staff in their break had a good time just wat I was looking for to enjoy some lunch with my kids n relax and deal like home thank Pizza Hut in Indio!!!!

We ordered 2 pizzas, the pizza we ate had a long black hair in it. We called to get a refund and it took us 30 mins to get on the phone while literally when we went to pick it up no one was in the damn restaurant. They made us bring the pizza back and also said they would only refund the pieces that we have left over. Like sorry we ate it before we realized there was hair. Spent $40 on two small pizzas.

Ordered a pizza for delivery online and they used doordash to deliver it. I get a message that the driver picked it up and was on the way. I left my phone number and a description of my room number and where at the hotel I was. I was given the driver’s number so I could either call or text them which I did both. I called the number and the person didn’t speak English. Pizza never arrived even though I got a text saying that I had received it. So I called pizza hut that I ordered from and never heard back from them

When I was in highschool this was THE place to be, like the TV show Happy Days. I, obviously was the Fonz and always had a few chiquitas hanging on my arms and stuff. My friends were the other characters from happy days, they had girlfriends too but more steady ones and we knew their names. Pizza hut has wings now, they didn’t have that on happy days.
