So I had Pizza Hut yesterday for the first time in a while. Never again… I don’t know if it was the location or have they changed their pizza. Hardly any sauce on pizza, no kind of cheese pull and no flavor. I told my daughter something was wrong when the pizza had no smell on the way home. Horrible experience.

I was looking forward to a Friday night of movies n pizza . Ordered as usual n headed to pick up my large pepperoni with wings. I had to stay in the car for 5-10 min because there was a homeless man in the store , acting aggressively n hitting cashiers window . I flagged down delivery man walking in letting him know I wanted to pick my order up but didn’t feel comfortable entering the store . He politely said he could bring it out for me . As that happened the homeless man left the store n I was able to go in and pay . Fast forward I open my box at home n the disappointment hit me . The pizza was dry n hard in spots . My favorite part of the pizza is pizza huts crust and it wasn’t there . Dough was dry , cracked n overall flavor didn’t compare to other times . Wings were good but my Friday night would have been great with a better prepared pizza .

Don’t let the weird glass partition scare you off. The employees there are friendly and helpful. There is no real dining area, it’s pretty much a pick-up spot. Food was great!

I definitely prefer this location to most, If I’m stopping by this location it’s usually for lunch at noon and it never disappoints.
The staff today was nice and usually is, the pizzas are always baked properly never too much nor too little.
I had the spicy lover’s, not as spicy as you’d think but still flavorful.
I don’t have a photo of it but their best is the pan supreme, you Gotta try it!

Let’s be honest, this Pizza Hut is a little rough around the edges. The location is a little dicey and the parking lot is cramped. But that’s not really anyone’s direct responsibility but just be advised this location is a little rough. You order your pizza through plexiglass and they hand it to you in a tray. Take that how you will…
Moving onto the food, my fiancee and I have been generally pleased with their offerings. We usually get wings and pizza and can confidently say their pizza is a step above dominos and little Cesar. I don’t know if it’s the area, but those other pizza chains don’t deliver consistent pizza. We enjoy Pizza Hut and recently we had a negative experience. Nothing crazy, but I left feedback in the email they send after your order and they actually responded! Needless to say, that was a big plus for me. Customer service is everything these days and I feel confident that I will get consistent pizza from this location and that if I have any problems they will be addressed. Great job to the manager of this location for listening. That was huge. You’ve earned my continued trust and business.
Update: this location has the worst service. I’m sorry. My wife and I frequent here because it’s local but they never make their time promises. Most recently we checked in, they said 10 minutes, and then I waited 30 minutes. I don’t have a solution other than choose another location. Disappointed. We love pizza

Got this pizza today. Highly disappointed. It looks like the driver dropped the pizza. Picked at it. I hate that they don’t have drivers. They just send door dash drivers that don’t care.

This pizza was a sad excuse of a pizza burnt all over. No flavor. The damn dog didn’t even want to eat it. Everyone was still hungry . It was like eating wet cardboard. Never again will I order from pizza hut.

The order took 2 hours to arrive. The food was cold because the delivery driver did not deliver to my apartment. Instead it was left in the lobby. I tried to call the offending store and was repeatedly hung up on.
