This Moe’s location is quite hit or miss depending on the week.
What they do right: friendly service, quick, semi-healthy bite to eat (depending on what you order), weekly specials and always love the included chips and tasty selections of salsa.
Issues I’ve had here: frequently ordering things that are not available. One time the cashier suggested a fountain drink, which I purchased and the machine was out of order. Some things are often over salted as well as rice being undercooked.

Fascinatingly bad. Does the Adobo chicken arrive frozen? Its consistency was too dense, like what you find in a cheap Asian frozen chicken food dish. Jalepenos were mushy which is a first for me. Lettuce wasn’t good. Beans tasted canned. Rice was flavorless and mushy. Very mild cheese. Chips tasted like bad oil. Queso was fine. Limes were juicy and good. I literally had the thought “the water here is the best part”. It was also very little food, at least compared to the other chain everyone frequents. I was there at 1pm and two other people were eating there making the “welcome to Moe’s” feel like a “welcome to my party… you’re the first to arrive”. I like that the interior is how it was back in the day and enjoyed the music. The owners of this company must be sitting on a yacht somewhere letting the brand ride after their early success b4 the other big chain took over. I had the 7.99 Moe Monday and got free queso for signing up for rewards… I still regretted the purchase.

Steak in general did not taste fresh as well as the whole meal. The steak tasted a bit like rubber cubes rather than fresh steak. The restaurant smelled funny like ammonia and food. The people were really friendly and I wanted to like the food, but my wife and I didn’t.

Much better experience than in the past food was really good. Well season and the service was great. They forgot my Order of chips and queso, but I came back to the store and the young man with the arm tattoos and curly hair Was very kind and understanding. Not the kind of service you get from a lot of folks In his generation props to him, he was very polite

This place is dirty and we wont be back. The people that helped us were friendly, but that was it. The soda machine was out of every type of soda but they had diet anything. The food containers and food looked like it had been sitting for a while, like hours. They are not busy!!!! Im safe serve certified. I should have stopped eating when we looked over where you get the silverware and drinks like tea and it was literally melting into the floor from being so water logged. But we both were hungry and just tried to move on. No extras. Nothing. We just wanted to hurry in and out. Never again will we go there. The owners obviously dont care about squat! Oh and today we both feel sick! So even more reason to stay away!

Updated review 3/5/26: We love coming to Moe’s again! The new manager and staff are great! Friendly, clean, and the food is always being restocked! Will continue to return!
I used to love coming to this location and the last 3 times, the service was terrible, staff was unhelpful and the trays were always empty with no help from management just excuses. The was only one young man working, while there were at least 3 other staff members at a table. The manager said they were having a meeting, during the dinner rush on Moe’s Monday….. Hopefully this the meeting will improve these situations from happening in the future.

The food quality was poor. It was cold, and the rice was hard. The staff was unfriendly, and the bathrooms were dirty with sticky floors. The tea was open, and the Coke was out.

Ordered food at 7:23 on the app for pickup at 8:00. Arrived and still waited until 8:30. Checked bag and items were missing and had to wait even longer. Drink machine was out of soda.
I felt bad for the young girl at the register because she was polite and trying to do her best but seemed like she had no help.

Seems like everytime i go there and take food home the rice is always undercooked and hard. I end of throwing out my money. I live 20 minutes away so not about to drive another 40 min round trip back. Didnt know cooking rice was that hard. Moes used to be our go to but will be the last choice now, im over it.
