Unfortunately, they never placed our order and when we went to go pick up, they told us we never ordered from there. We showed them the number that we called and placed over the phone and it was the correct place. We re-ordered and asked if we can get some thing for compensation, they declined. They also charged us twice.

We got the dinner box deal today. I have to say I’m quit disappointed. My bread stick taste like sugar. I wouldn’t mind if it was the piece closest to the cinnamon sticks but even the bread stick furthest away is sugary sweet. I am really disappointed with the pizza itself also, there is so little cheese on each slice. The sticks also came with no sauce. Booo. What a bad choice for dinner.

Picking up a sizable order for a hospital nearby Sunday evening, multiple pizzas and topped it off with more than multiple 2-liters drinks, a handful would be understatement. When I arrived, order was ready, I met with smiling faces, although the female server was ready to wrap up her day, still generous with her hospitality and smiley eye contacts, while the male server, prompt and ready to tend to my needs, once he took note of the substantial quantity, didn’t hesitate at all to offer a leg up and escort me to my car, which saved me one more loading trip. There are not lacking apathetic businesses, caring less if to-go orders dropped and spilled once customers out of sight, whereas this location exemplified hand-holding customer care and attentiveness!

Worst service I’ve had at any Pizza Hut franchise. One employee had composure and the other was just awful threw a pizza she made incorrectly, was loud & throwing stuff around when she had to remake it. Not sure how she was raised but acting like that at work is unacceptable.

Their driver ate most of my french fries and crushed the pizza box. The delivery was fast and the food was hot, (2 pizzas & fries) but I’ll never order from this PH again. Not cool, especially after tipping the driver $6.00

Pizza was great. Ordered 3 pizzas and wings as well as a big cookie. They did delivery and found my house quick. This has been a problem many times with other places but not here. I feel safe and secure that I will get what I ordered. They forgot my ranch dressing 6 of them. Other than that all was hot and ready to eat. Thank you very much.

Horrid customer service here and the manager here is even worse. They not only screw up the order but when asked for compensation, the manager has an attitude about it. What can you expect with someone with little to no education. No education or money is needed to be polite but apparently this is not requirement in management here. Do better, Pizza Hut. Try to avoid this Pizza Hut if possible.
