NEEDED TO UPDATE –
After calling the store and customer service, I have been batted around and told a refund was issued and to deal with my bank directly. No callback, no followup, no attempt to remedy. This could have seriously injured if not killed someone and Pizza Hut seemingly does NOT care.
Honestly if you are ordering pizza from here, eat with caution – if this is for your kids I would recommend steering clear. The plastic was nearly 4”x1.5” in size and could easily be a choking hazard for an adult and surely would be for a child.

This is absolutely wild and I will 100% be reaching out to corporate about this. Literally how dare this company charge $30 for a pizza that has PLASTIC WRAP in it. Thankfully it caught the light before I bit into it because I honestly could have inhaled this and choked. The material is that of a plastic ziplock bag so it is flimsy and something that could get lodged if inhaled by accident- I am assuming whoever made the pizza, ripped and ingredient bag, and it fell into it since it was tucked under the cheese and toppings, sandwiched between the crust.

Ordered a pan with pepperoni light sauce for delivery. Order came on time and pizza was still warm. Instead of light sauce it was xtra sauce so I didnt eat much. Crust was pretty good thou… Now the 7.25 delivery fee is like a slap in face….. thats ridiculous….. Won’t be ordering from here again

I ordered the $19.99 meal deal from Pizza Hut and unfortunately the quality just wasn’t there. The bread and ingredients didn’t taste very fresh, and the overall flavor felt off. I ended up with a stomach ache the next day, which was disappointing considering I was looking forward to an easy, reliable meal.
I’ve had better experiences with Pizza Hut in the past, but this one missed the mark.

Personal pizza was the worst we’ve gotten. The order is always wrong. I always have to wait for them to remake my order, even when they’re not busy. I even started putting notes on what I want specifically because they couldn’t get my orders correct by just reading what the order was. The pizza cook even put a spicy hot sauce, pizza sauce in a pizza that was for my daughter. I called corporate and nothing was done. Will never be coming back.

Horrible pizza, their ingredients are expired and cheap for the toppings. Their crust tastes extremely dry, they don’t even bother to cut their pizza into even shapes. I would rather eat a cardboard than this disgusting thing. Oh and they ask for your ID when you use any card. Imagine if you leave your id at home. Their customer service also sucks, They bring in horrible sales people for a horrible pizza. Never coming here again.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location they’ve gotten the toppings, style of crust and sauces wrong on pizzas, as well as forgetting sides and sauces. I could not recommend avoiding this location enough

Delivery driver claimed they had delivered the pizza, kept the money, kept the pizza. Idiot that picked up when I called said there was no manager on duty and couldn’t help. Don’t support the scam artists that work here.
Edit: Called the store and was told I could get a refund if I was to talk to the general manager, Tyler. Have been trying to contact them for a week. No way to reach anyone above this store to submit a complaint to. Please do not waist your money here like I did, we have spent hours trying to get our refund.

Food is good, hot, and ready when promised. However, be sure to check your order before leaving, as there have been a couple of times the wrong bread was used. Considering that the Pan bread is now an extra charge, it’s important to make sure it’s included if you’ve paid for it.
