Quite frankly this location is an atrocity. They do not carry bottles of soda. Now you may be wondering why I am complaining about this. Well, when one orders a ‘16.9 oz bottle of Pepsi’, one expects a bottle of Pepsi. These kind and friendly individuals take your money, and as you walk in, politely point to the empty fridge and then tell you to fill up a 16 oz soda cup at a fountain. So not only did they scam me for 0.9 oz, but it’s fountain beverage which is NOT the same. You’d think by now they they would have restocked their fridge or indicated that they were out of stock on their website, but this has happened multiple times now. From now on I am simply not going to order drinks from this establishment and instead go to the Walgreens next door, walking past 4 homeless people (whilst avoiding eye contact on the way there) just to buy an ACTUAL bottle of soda. That speaks for itself.

Common courtesy is to notify the customer that you can not fulfill their order prior to them driving all the way there would be appreciated. How are you completely out of ALL bottle sauces ?? Sounds like they’d rather me spend more money buying their over priced wings.

Fries were good. Honey bbq and sauce sauce wings were good. Curry and garlic Parm wings were inedible just due to being way over salted. Ordered delivery so can’t speak to service or atmosphere.

The treatment given to me by the person who attended me on the night shift was terribly bad, they had never treated me that way they did not respect the promotions that come in the application and above all the attitude of the one who attended me was very annoying a face that I do not think is the right one to attend that place

Didn’t even get to ordering food. The man says no mushroom burger, even tho it has one on the menu. Asked to order regular cheeseburger and wanted a different cheese than American, and they have nothing else. I was a first time customer and not a thing was available cause of one thing or another. We have been here a handful of times. Overall it’s the best experience I can recommend for a Buffalo wild wings. Service is quick and the food is always hot and delicious. This time I had a problem ordering on the app. My wife has her own app and account info and she ordered food and got a burger free. I ordered and had to spend 20$ to get 10 boneless for free. When we arrived to the bww go to pick up, she had all her food and free burger and I had mine and no free wings. I explained to the gentleman that we both processed them at the same time and that she clearly got her burger and I spent my 20$ and should have my wings. Although he was hesitant and explained I had to contact bww corporation through the app, he gave me my 10 wings. It’s acts like this that I’m glad we got a bww go in our neighborhood and that little extra bit of customer service goes a long way. We really appreciate the staff for honoring the promotion. We will continue to come here and tell our friends and family to choose this location. Thank you so much staff and owner.

I was given cold chicken. When I got there my order wasn’t ready and was told 5 mins. I watched him get the chicken from a tray and sauce it. When I received the chicken I told him that this wasn’t hot and even had him touch the bottom of the carton. He looked me straight in my face and lied about giving me fresh chicken. I didn’t feel comfortable sending the food back without him doing something to it.
