Been here for dine in and take out. I can say by far the best pizza hut around. Since you can dine in your eating pizza when its hot and fresh. The staff there are really cool too especially the guy with the tree of life piercings. Movies playing on the tv or sports games. All for family. Would highly recommend giving it a chance.

I’m sorry this but particular location generally take forever to deliver every time and I live down the street. Tried their newest pizza Melts and while it sounded and looked like a great idea, I would not recommend it (at least not from this location) it was dry & burnt to a crisp. Not even the sauces they included could save it. The flavors are good and like I said it’s a great idea and concept but perhaps if they were just a tad less burnt. Like a light flaky outer crust would be great. Nonetheless staff is kind and amiable.

I ordered hand tossed crust and received extremely thin crust. The cheese and jalapeño slices were thicker than the crust. I called and told the mgr I received a thin crust pizza. She stated that she remembered making it and it was hand tossed. She said thin crust would have been crunchy and it was thin because it was stretched out. As if that makes sense and I have never had pizza before. I guess the thin crust would have been see thru. Mistakes happen , but instead of owning it, she tried insulting my intelligence. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Ordering was easy and service was fast and great. Pizza and salad were tasty and filling. Leftover slices at home became extra loaded Veggie Lovrs slices with salad greens, parmesan cheese and shredded carrots.

I called and they were able to fix it easily. They were very helpful as always. My kids love their pizza so I always order it from here. My wife enjoys their pasta and I grub on the hot wings…bomb…

Been a while since we ate at PH. But i wanted to try the new melts. It looked small in the pictures but its actually decent size. I think about 3 slices equivalent. I really liked it. The outside is crispy and just right. I would suggest an extra marinara cup because that is also so fresh tasting and delicious. But you dont even need it. Also tried a Supreme pizza and it was also very good with with super fresh and thick pieces of veggies.

THEY ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THEIR OWN. I SAY IN THE PARKING LOT AND ORDERED CAMERA INSIDE TOLD ME JUST ONE MINUTE IT’S TURNING INTO MORE THAN A MINUTES. TALKING TO OTHER EMPLOYEES STILL NO CAN I HELP YOU. HORRIBLE I JUST DID A SURVEY FROM AN EMAIL THEY SENT ME. JACKED UP AGAIN WITH THE SERVICE.

I ordered here last week online hoping to eat in the dining room during my lunch with my family (since I only had 30 mins to eat with them) but the guy working at the time said the dining area was closed and it opens at 4pm. It made no sense that they had the dining area closed when there was no sign saying the dining area was closed / opened at a certain time. The worker then said that they can’t have the dining area open due to covid and that there hasn’t been an inspection for them to allow dine in. Which threw me off because he had mentioned that the dining area opens at 4pm.. So I was confused to why he said 4 pm but then says they’re not allowed to have dine in..? Not to mention I’ve come during my lunch hour at 12pm to come eat here before, even during COVID.
I honestly think the worker was coming up with excuses so he wouldn’t have to work hard and keep it clean.
Anyways, to make things worse, I had ordered 2 Caesar salads with my pizza and I noticed there wasn’t any Caesar dressing so I asked for it and the worker then tells me that they ran out of Caesar dressing and if I wanted too, I can use ranch instead but I would have to pay for it even though they ran out. It honestly made me so angry with these employees because they had such attitude and seemed so careless.. I ordered a Caesar salad so I expect Caesar dressing with it not ranch, or at least update your menu and say don’t have the dressing that way it stops people from buying things you don’t actually have!
My family and I ended up taking the salad without dressing because of how upset we were.
We came during our lunch time to eat and enjoy the little time we had but it was just awful. We didn’t have a car to eat our food so we ate outside the restaurant on the grass area since the dining area was closed. As you can see on the photo.
This was by far the most annoying experience with any restaurant.

My experience with Pizza Hut at the Alondra location was horrible. I placed my order well in advance via the website. Site stated I would get my delivery at 12:05pm, via Door Dash. At 12:10pm I had not received my order I called the number that was sent to me for my doordash driver he picked up the phone and I could hear him arguing with someone else about delivering my pizza I tried to get information about my delivery but he was in a heated argument and did not respond to me. I kept receiving messages that my pizza had arrived but no pizza in hand. I called Pizza Hut 3 times but someone kept hanging up the phone. Pizza delivered at 12:35 pm cold. I called Pizza Hut again someone picked up stating she was the manager explained my concern and frustration and her response to me was I need to call Door Dash because they don’t do refunds on third party deliveries ( I did not request Door Dash). I asked her for the corporate number to file a complaint she said she didn’t know or have it!! ( But she’s the manager ). I received poor customer service at this Pizza Hut in Paramount, Ca. I will not order from here again. I had a meeting that’s why I ordered pizza, I had to ask them to purchase their own lunch because of this situation. Never again
