I’m leaving this review because of the customer service experience during a recent takeout order. My mother placed a $57 order, and I went to pick it up for our family. The woman working the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. When I asked simple questions, she responded with a cold stare and an unwelcoming attitude.
When I accidentally forgot to grab the wings from the order, she said, “You’re not gonna grab the wings?” in a very condescending tone instead of politely pointing it out. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable.
The food itself was fine, but customer service matters.

The issue at this location is the communication barrier. I ordered the special, $9.99 three topping pizza and mozzarella sticks. Not only was I overcharged for the pizza, at first, I get home to discover breadsticks where there should have been mozzarella sticks. The intercom’s do not work! They can’t hear us and we can’t hear them!! everyone in the store had the same problem with being misunderstood.

We tried to buy a simple cheese pizza, and the employee told us we’d have to wait 25 minutes — even though there wasn’t a single customer in the place, only Uber Eats drivers picking up orders. I honestly don’t understand why they even keep the store open to the public if they’re only focused on delivery orders.

I went to Pizza Hut anticipating two delicious pizzas, chicken wings, and bread sticks. The crispy thin pizza was over cooked and dry. No pulley cheese .The bread sticks were over cooked and hard. The chicken wings were under cooked . The skin was rubbery. I called and made a complaint because this is unacceptable. They ruined my Friday night!

I ordered a 3 topping pizza online and they delivered pretty quick. Less than 40 mins. Though when I recieved it. I was expecting a juicy cheesy pizza, but instead I received a pizza with almost no cheese. You can see all the red sauce. I’m a pizza lover but this just disappointed me. :/ I took a bite from the cheesy side… it was alright.

When did the chicken and Cinnabon come in micro size? The micro chicken was only enough to fill 1/32 the container. It came dry the garlic parmesan (barely any sauce and it was watery), over cooked (hard as “fudge”). The Cinnabon mini rolls look round and plump in the photo… mine look unter cooked, flat and drowning in frosting to cover it up.

Pizza hut really needs to stop using door dash those delivery drivers are awful. I ordered a pizza and when they dropped it off they never rang the door bell or notified me in any way they layed my pizza on the floor! And left It was disgusting and cold. I ordered from here occasionally and usually never had a problem but that surely made me not want to order here anymore. I may consider if they get their own drivers again and not door dash.

They drop the ball I ordered pizza from two different locations your Figueroa location large 3 topping pepperoni sausage and mushrooms and your Crenshaw order the special two pizzas for the $11.99 hand toss pepperoni and bell peppers and pepperoni and sausage all we’re good except for one the pepperoni and bell peppers look like it was in too long or maybe it was someone else’s order it was dry and half burnt it wasn’t hot the pepperoni and sausage was hot and fine so we didn’t understand why we got one Pizza Hot and the other one wasn’t we were too tired to come back and complain and bring the pizza back so we were displeased with that call over to a friend’s house to make sure that they’re pizza was fine that they picked up from the other location they said it was so we didn’t b have to be bothered with that Pizza ! Pizza Hut!!! please do better next time don’t have me pick up one hot pizza and another one dry and half burnt I’m starting to not like this location sometimes this is not the first time that this is happen I like to patronize my local stores not complain but if it continues to happen I would just have to go down the street to (Papa John’s )which is a stop before yours please do better thank you!!!

Did a takeout pizza, when I got home pizza was not the crust ordered. When I called to report the error, person indicated they would issue a credit and email my receipt. Neither ever came. A call back, several days later, resulted in the person said nothing was refunded or credited, and she could not issue the requested credit. Told me to call back after 6 to speak to a manager. Horrible, expensive, pizza and even worse customer service.
