My pizza was wrong, we call and the so-call person in charged name Jocelyn has no customer skills, is rude , and did nothing to resolve my issue. Pizza was wrong when we ask her to fix the issue she wanted to credit me a side dip for the inconvenience. Why would I want a side dip? When I can’t even eat my pizza bc is wrong. Now pizza hut we gotta retrain Jocelyn in her customer skills bc out of all the pizza places we choose pizza hut. The issue didn’t get resolved until I told her remake my pizza and do it right bc im a paying customer. She then put me on hold to get authorization from someone else, which that just tells me Jocelyn was not the person in charged. Please retrain jocelyn to when is pizza huts employees fault you gotta apologizes to the customer, make it right so the existing paying customer comes back to purchase again and have a good positive attitude bc honestly I will not be back to pizza hut anymore. Jocelyn ruined my experience. The girl on the phone said her name was Jocelyn manager in charged for the night shift but when we went to pick up the remake pizza turns out she lied about her name on the phone and her name is jasmine. Jasmine manager in charge for the night shift.
Placed an order.
Got there 20 minutes later.
Was told it wasn’t ready yet, and it would be another 10 minutes.
Waited 10 minutes
Then I was told they ran out of dough and that they tried to call me.
Never got a phone call and waited for nothing.
No sort of compensation for the inconvenience and lies besides a refund. (Obviously, I want my money back)
The GM “Louis” is the worst to deal with, no sort of accountability for his employees or understanding for the customer.
Jonathan, the “shift leader” isn’t any different. His response was, “It wasn’t our fault.”
Corporate sucks as well.

It was overcooked and dry like it was made two days ago and reheated!
I would have gone back but you never know what they will purposely do to your next pizza.
Total waste of money!! I’m so disappointed when I was really looking forward to this pizza!!

These Young Hires, NEED adult Supervision
And a Better System to handle GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The young man was truly anxiety filled ,
Rude and did Not know how to do a Simple REFUND Proceedure….
More Training is Definately needed.

At the cash register on a Sat/Sunday mid evening, 7-9pm…
There was No reason why this young man got an Online , Paid for Order wrong.
Once we got there to pick up , this young man 1. Said there was No order in my name & Rudely Dismissed us,” Next”!
I showed him my paid for reciept for my order, by this time my pizza had sat there for at least 45 min. Now it’s cold & I’m Hot under my collar. Therefore I asked him to cancel my order & for a Refund.
This young man told me to step aside and he would help me after the Other Customers.
Needless to say, I refused & said I would not move until he refunded me, got me a Manager to speak with or handed me the cash out of the Register, it was his choice.
This young man went to the back Cursing & throwing things in the back.
This process went on for another 45 min.
With someone on the phone trying to help him. He could not get it until another 30min. After that…
But, I did get my refund &
I WILL NEVER
GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER DIME!!!
I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT THINK TWICE
BUT, TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, THAT THIS PIZZA HUT NEEDS A BIG OVERHAUL IN
SERVERS & MANAGEMENT…
