End of an era. My childhood delicacy “Cheese sticks” has been prepared incorrectly for the last time. I’ve eaten cheese sticks since i was a kid and ever since moving to LA, Pizza Hut ALWAYS forgets the parmesan cheese. I see why 130 stores shut down. Thank you for always ruining my comfort food.

Usually the pizza is good, only downside is delivery takes quite a while. Giving 1 star today due to pizza being cold, hard, and was not properly cut, so had to use a knife to get the slices apart. Disappointed today.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order for $36.92 and received a call from the store about 10 minutes later.
The person on the line started with, “Hey, can you hear me?” and then hung up. When he called back, he casually said, “Yo, sorry about that, there were phone issues,” and then proceeded to tell me that I owed an additional $16.
When I asked why, he was unsure and kept saying, “I think it’s because of this,” or “I think you did that.” I was confused, and I pointed out that if he was going to call a customer claiming they owe more money, he should be certain of the reason instead of guessing. Instead of clarifying the issue, he cut me off and said, “Yo, can you chill out?”
I was FLABBERGASTED. I told him I would not “chill out” because it makes no sense to call a paying customer demanding more money without a valid explanation. I also pointed out how unprofessional his tone had been from the beginning when he called me and greeted me with “Yo”.
And then he said “Well, you see the way you’re acting.”
By the end of the call, my order was canceled with no resolution–just frustration on my part. When I asked for his name and a manager, he informed me his name is Emmanuel and that he was the manager and had been for three years, adding that he was doing a “great job.”
If this is what Pizza Hut considers good management, I can’t imagine what poor service looks like. The level of disrespect, lack of accountability, and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Ordered on the phone, waited 25 minutes just to find out that griselda couldn’t swipe my card to pay for the pizza because the system wasn’t working. They kept telling me to go to the atm to get cash but you can’t do that with a credit card. Waste of time and won’t be coming back to this location. Thanks for nothing

If you eat from here, I do not recommend anything other than takeout in order to verify your order. In multiple deliveries the order has either been mistaken or entire parts of an order replaced (like fries instead of cheese sticks) without communicating as to why.
It’s somewhat a failing on my part not being bilingual enough, but customer complaints seem to be responding Spanish-only after clarifying my language, and the online form doesn’t work because it doesn’t recognize any city input as valid. I was only able to submit a complaint through the survey they typically send hours later.

My pizza wasn’t the greatest but the Lady who served me has EXCELLENT customer service! The older Hispanic Goddess has positive energies and I appreciated how she was careful to the “T”.. Keep her around.. Her excellent customer service skills overrode the taste of the pizza, and because of her, y’all get 5 stars!!! Thanks Hispanic Goddess!!! Keep that positive energy flowing

I’ve been a fan of Pizza Hut for a long time and it is disappointing when the quality goes down. I ordered on the mobile app a large hand tossed pizza. Then when I recieve the pizza (it took about 15 minutes after the order was placed so wait time was no problem) the pizza seemed smaller but was told it was a large. Then with my hopes still high I took a bite from the pizza and the bread tasted like pure raw flour and dry. It was nothing like the other Pizza Hut pizzas I have had before. Hopefully this can change and go back to the old Pizza Hut it was before.
