Basilic is such a gem in Boca Raton! We ordered the tofu spring rolls, the tofu papaya salad, and even asked if they could make a tofu bánh mì. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. They were so accommodating and went out of their way to make our meal vegan-friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh flavors and great service!

We went mid afternoon and place was totally empty except for us – maybe bc of the holiday or time but we were the only ones there. Food was delicious but server seemed a bit inexperienced. She took plates too soon and attempted to clear all dishes at once

The place is very clean, the server was pleasant and kind. Our food was excellent. Great taste! We had the beef pho with tendon and papaya salad with shrimp and cabbage. We really enjoyed everything. Will definitely come back.

The overall experience at the restaurant has been declining. The service was notably lacking, as staff were often inattentive, requiring customers to ring a bell for assistance while they remained at the bar. This lack of attentiveness negatively impacted the dining atmosphere. Additionally, beverages were served in cans without the option of a glass, which detracted from the experience. While the food quality was satisfactory, these service issues have led to the decision not to return.

Uh… what happened? I took a few years off coming here and the Shaking Beef I ordered was now sauced and cooked like it was chinese takeout mongolian beef! Men’s bathroom was absolutely filthy. Interior of the restaurant appears dilapidated. What a loser.

This place is seriously underperforming for such a prime location. It’s frustrating because it could be doing so much better. While the food was decent, the customer service was completely nonexistent — and apparently this has been an ongoing issue for years. That’s unacceptable.
It was my first visit, and without a doubt my last. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
