Betsy was nice last week I came in. It’s like playing Russian Roulette. Sometimes the employees are okay and cordial and sometimes you just want to breathe because they really try customer’s patience. I came in to order for a birthday party. The cashier, Jocelyn was smirking when I said I got a pizza special last week on the stuffed crust. And nodding her head noDo you still have the special? She said they never had that special in store only online. I got the special because it was in store last week and I told her I have the receipt to prove it and she shook her head no. No to what? That I’m lying? Jocelyn stop it. I ended up putting in the order online. Like I said, I have receipts. I won’t be coming to this location again. Customer service is lacking

A good stop for lunch break. This location has a large dine in area. Very clean, big screen TVs and friendly staff. Watch your favorite sports games here and enjoy some pizza and pasta. EBT is accepted here as well ❤️ . This street also has a gym, grocery store, Starbucks, Goodwill and more establishments near by.

Disappointed. I order from the app to get it delivered…
My order was moved not packed correctly. When I got it the box was open.. I called the manager and miss Ashley didn’t give a peep she told me that because grubhub (or what ever the delivery service was ) delivered they had no say or cared. That I had to contact them..

suddenly wanted some warm Cinnabon rolls I place an order online…
They forgot to put the frosting I called them when I got home
They told me to bring the receipt and a picture the girl told they would gave me another one I was happy since I like to eat them warm I ask her if they would be ready when I get there just to pick them up and if I should bring the Cinnabons back too, she said it was okay they just needed the picture …
(I was hungry! )
When I got there the girl look confused like she didn’t just talked on the phone with me… she asked for a receipt I place the order online and I threw the receipt but I had the email confirmation
Cinnabons weren’t ready she didn’t even put the new order or even talk to the manager
She saw the picture went to talk to the manager who was decorating for Xmas they talked for a long time… then she came just to tell me that the only thing she could do was to give me the icing because I didn’t have the receipt They made me feel like I was trying to get free food because of their mistake I just wanted some warm freaking Cinnabon rolls
I should have just ask for my money back
Now I have a side of icing with cold, hard rolls
I don’t blame the girl who helped me she look new but the manager? awful costumer service

At this point, this location is very ignorant, I tried asking for a refund because I was not happy with the place being so messy, they refused to refund my money back so I gave my pizza to a nearby homeless guy cause I didn’t want it and not to forget, I saw a lady the other also demanding a refund because she was not happy with the restroom always not working, so if anything, aviod this location because of neglectful ignorant service and employees

The female manager is very rude. She charged me 3.99 plus tax for a glass of water. When I asked why I was being charged, she said she asked if I wanted a glass. I thought she meant a glass of water instead of a bottle of water. She didn’t say they did not give free glasses for water. When I told her I didn’t want the glass and wanted by money back. I got major attitude because she asked if I wanted a glass but didn’t explain there would be a charge. The restaurant was filthy crimumbs on all the tables.
