Haven’t eaten Pizza Hut in years. Saw the commerical for the Detroit Pizza so we decided to try it out. What a $16.00 mistake !!!!!!!!!. No toppings all bread garbage. Called and manager said they can only put on so much per company policy not even I’m so sorry for anything. We said we weren’t coming back and she said okay ty no problem and hung up. Alot of pizza places in Carson. DON’T waste your time and money on bread and sauce.

The cashier, it said on the receipt her name was Edith had a moody attitude towards me when ordering. I don’t know why that would be, my stepdad had ordered with her and he can be rude and be a pain in the behind sometimes(but if that’s the case, she didn’t have to take it out on me) or maybe she was just having a bad day or maybe it’s just her tone of voice but it sounded nicer when she was tending to other customers. Just an observation. The Pizza is ok.

This place is a gutted shell of what it used to be. We walk in and get one of their four menus and there are no prices on it. We ask why or if it’s a misprint and the employee says that it’s because their prices change so often. There’s like 4 tables now and it looks like they’re in the middle of a close out sale. They were out of tomato, their soft drink machine was out of order, and all of that was the same last time I came here more than 6 months ago.
The kicker? Last time I had the good sense to leave. Two large pizzas for $65. I get being understaffed, I understand closing down amenities when the business isn’t doing well, and I understand downsizing your lobby in order to ease cleanup for employees. However, it seems really shady and unprofessional to hand someone a menu with no prices on it and then charge $30+ for a large pizza. Thanks but no thanks.

So I have had pizza hut before but this was the worse experience I had. They messed up every aspect of my order. Sauces: I guess it’s a dealers choice on what you receive. Pizza: maybe they know i shouldn’t have pepperoni and just decided to give me something else? The world may never know.

I received a coupon on the internet for buy one, get one free. I ordered the free pizza, it said that the coupon was applied to my order. When I went to pick up my pizza the lady said the free pizza wasn’t on my order and she couldn’t offer it to me. I showed her the email. The pizza I bought wasn’t very good. They went very light on the toppings. Next time I want a pizza I definitely won’t go to Pizza Hut!

Pizza was pretty small for a medium size and i felt the quality of it wasn’t much better than a frozen cardboard pizza and considering the price I expected more. Adding in the fact that they only have bottled soda which they charge almost 3 dollars a 20 oz for and i can’t help but feel i would have been better off going to walmart and getting a couple Red Barons and some 2 liters of Pepsi. I’d have paid the same and gotten more for my money.
