Absolutely horrible experience.
Food was delicious but customer service, holy crap.

So i go in. Try to use the restroom. Woman’s was locked so I used the men’s. I come out, walk to the counter, see a young man in the back unloading a box of something onto the table behind the pizza oven.

I said “hello?” And waved my hand Several times. The male employee did not respond or look up. He had a single ear bud in his ear and there was music blaring over a speaker.

After several times, I raised my voice and had to shout to be heard. He finally looked up at me and immediately came over. He grabbed my pizza out of the warmer and brought it to the counter.

I then asked him if he was the only employee in the building at the time and he refused to acknowledge or answer the question so I repeated myself and again he ignored me. At that point I told him that if he was the only employee in the building that he should take his earbud out and turn the music down so that he can hear customers.

At this point a female employee came out from where the bathrooms were located and immediately was very angry and said that I had no business yelling at her employee. She didn’t know why I had to raise my voice because she didn’t take the time to try and figure out what was going on instead she just assumed that I was being rude to her staff and came at me with intense energy

I appreciate that she had a strong desire to protect her employee. There are a lot of people that get nasty and it’s a very understandable thing to do however that wasn’t what was going on. Had she taken the time to ask if everything was okay instead of coming out hot-headed the whole situation would have never occurred.

She then proceeded to swear at me multiple times. She used the f word and the B word. And demanded that I get the F out of her store. When she came at me Swearing, I swore back as I’m the kind of person that matches energy.

I don’t use this location very often I primarily use a different store but they definitely lost a customer because they were absolutely awful. I know the manager of another location very well and she is reaching out to corporate to try and find a resolution to this issue.

I understand that people can get pretty nasty but her starting off the entire interaction on fire and swearing at me was not appropriate especially since I didn’t start by swearing at her. I feel that it was extremely unprofessional for them to have their music up as loud as they were and for an employee to have an earbud in his ear when he was the only employee on the floor that a customer would be interacting with at that time.

Once the female employee returned then yeah have your music on have a headphone in because then you have a second pair of eyes but when you’re by yourself you need to make sure that you can hear your customers when they come in.

I hope that the young lady who chose to you swear recognizes how utterly unprofessional her behavior was and decides to calmly assess the situation and discuss things with a person before she immediately just goes 0 to 60.

I originally called in to the call center and was THANKFULLY transferred to the store where Aaron and manager Stacey TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME ❤️ They both went above and beyond to help me straighten out my issue and sent my delivery right out! They have my business for life ❤️ They did not have to stay on the phone with me explaining everything to me, rebooting their computer to accommodate my hungry self but they did and I am very appreciative!

Manager was rude after the store canceled the order two hours after not being delivered and still has not released the charges on my card holding $79 with no explanation. The driver was offered to be paid cash tip if he would just bring the food he picked up and got no answer called and spoke with the store and they just hang up

I wasn’t really happy taking a chance ordering from a pizza joint with a 3.3 rating but we were really in the mood for pizza. Of course with any pizza an order of wings are totally necessary. The order was ready for pick- up when we arrived and I had to question their rating. The cashier was aware of the rating and assured me this was an area they were improving. She was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and hot. We enjoyed every bite and in the event of another pizza frenzy will order from them again. Thank you!

Service was good but the pizza was lousy. Ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza with the gluten-free crust. Pizza was as big as my hand and it was like a cracker. It tasted awful . Hardly any chicken on the pizza.

Food is good, but expensive. If I spend an extra $2.54 for exra cheese, I expect there to be cheese everywhere. Instead it seems like they gave me less cheese than normal. Ill make my own next time, spend 90% less, and actually get extra cheese…

the website said my order would take between 35-45 min until it was actually delivered to my house. The order took 1 hr and 35 minutes double the time. When I called the store at to find out where my order was 30 minutes past the original delivery time they said they did not know when the order would be delivered because they were waiting on “a available driver”. They then told me they would refund my order and that I would still receive it after speaking with the manager. It is now jan 1st 2022 the day after the order and I still have not received my refund. I did not know Pizza Hut made it a habit of lying to its customers in regards to these things. I will be making a review publicly about these issues with pizza hut. I use to love pizza hut. I always had a good experience with delivery and ordering. This seems to a continuous trend as I have had some other issues previously and not as bad at this yet still consistent. I will be looking for somewhere new to get my pizza from in the future and plan and sharing this with others.

I ordered three pizza’s for my company lunches one of which was I ordered large pepperoni pizza with JALAPINO just got jalapios.
My issue was with the little gal on the phone. She was not professional at all making me repeat my cc number 5 times as she was laughing on the other end and still got my order wrong.
I spent 65.00 plus for this kind of service.
We like Pizza Hut pizza’s at my work place but, I think I will drive the extra mile to another location in the future. Their district Manager needs to pop in there more often to see what they are doing. I’m sure I’m not the only customer she has treated this way.

I have mixed feelings about this place order one time, and everything is totally messed up with your order. Order another time, and everything is awesome. I attribute these issues to the high turnover rate this location has. Pizza Hut prices are pretty much ridiculous, very inflated nowadays it is up to you to decide what you think but I bet you will form an opinion just like mine so good luck to you.

Last night we ordered pizza, never showed. This is the second time this has happened. I will never order Pizza, Hut or even eat their products… I have lodged a formal complaint with corporate office. I highly recommend never ordering from this establishment. I don’t want somebody else to go through the lack of customer service. This also is going to be posted on Yelp. They need to revamp the entire employment staff starting with a manager, and perhaps starting new ownership… Why again urge you not to order from this Pizza Hut in Reno Nevada off of Lemon road. My real score is zero.
