These guys hooked me up real quick! Got a large pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, and olives — and it actually tasted pretty damn good! For $17.50, that’s a solid deal for a 3-topping pie. Would definitely grab it again!

I love Pizza Hut pizza, and the pizza I received for great. The problem I had was that it took over 10 minutes to get my order taken on the phone. The woman that took my order literally repeated what I said to her about 5 or 6 times. I was at work and I need to order a big box deal for the whole shop. Give me my order literally was exhausting and I’m a pretty patient person.
I ordered it for delivery but decided to go pick it up in person instead. When I got there at the man at the counter it was super nice, he was concerned that maybe there wasn’t enough pepperoni on it so he gave me a $5 credit towards my next order.
The shop was clean, he was very professional, and yes I would order there again. I would not recommend the breadsticks. Leave something to be desired and they cannot be reheated and eating later.
I definitely recommend their pan pizza though, it is awesome.
I’m going to give them another try.

We ordered a veggie pasta bake, veggie pizza, and breadsticks. We initially received a burnt pizza, burnt breadsticks, and meat pasta. I called the location and was told I could not get a refund but they would remake the order as long as we returned the burnt food. Half an hour later, we received the correct pasta, but received another burnt pizza and more burnt breadsticks. We were refused a refund. First photo is what we initially received, second photo is the remade order. Both were inedible. I’ve ordered the same food from other Pizza Huts in the past and have never had an order as overcooked or customer service as bad as this location. Do not order from here.

The 7th street Pizza Hut in Reno, is my favorite place for pizza. I always have the super supreme personal pan pizza. I have tried other Pizza Huts but they just don’t have the great taste of the 7st Hut. Must be the Love they add.

I bought a pizza for a friend and i and the pizza was delivered like this. We called to try to get a refund or something and they didnt do anything about it. The worker sounded like they didnt care and nothing was done. Don’t order from here. Complete trash.

Their food is terrible. They never put extra cheese on the pizza , they charge you for it, though. Often, the pizza is dry with no sauce, and it is hardly ever hot. The food is never fresh, nor is it edible. When you complain, they offer a credit instead of a refund. I don’t want free pizza, I want the pizza made right . I don’t want a credit for pizza I won’t like anyway. If I ask them to make it right, they won’t. If you can’t put sauce on a pizza or extra cheese, don’t offer it then. Better yet, don’t go into the pizza business

Pizza Hut you need to add more ingredients to the Pizza, cos it tastes like you’re only eating Bread. A little more sauce and cheese would make a big difference.

Update: the bad part of Pizza Hut is they emailed me, they said they will make it right, I’m still waiting 15 weeks later, Hello Pizza Hut I’m still waiting!

The delivery guy had a loose dog in the car with my pizza. My pizza was cold, burnt and with minimal toppings. When my husband called. He was cut off, over talked and hung up on. I give this pizza hut two thumbs down .

Today I ordered a large 5 topping pizza, which on online it was 14.99. When i saw that price and ordered over the phone, they charged me 35 dollars because I didn’t placed the online order button. I asked the price over the phone which didn’t differ much from the deal price, but when I went into the store to purchase it, they charged me 20 dollar extra. Total scam. It was my first time to try Pizzahut, but It was good experience since I know I will never be back forever.
