I placed an order for delivery they contracted with door dash and the delivery was canceled by the store after the driver was twenty minutes late. The only phone number the link would give me was the store and the store placed me on a 15 minute hold then picked up confirmed it was still me on the line and hung up on me. They would not give any service or options for me to get the food I had already been charged for.

Decent tasty lunch for me and my family. Large half pepperoni half cheese pizza regular crust for the kids. Medium meatlovers pizza regular crust for me and the wife. Honey bbq wings. Kids loved their pizza, no leftovers. My pizza was good, crust was very tasty. The wings were okay. Overall no complaints from my family or me. The appearance seems old, could use some freshening up to brighten up the place. No doggie bags today. Cashier, friendly and helpful. Foodbill at $50 plus. A little fun area for the kids kept them happy too.

Kind of a joke you won’t answer calls 20 minutes before closing when you made me the wrong pizza. But I guess it just doesn’t matter these days rather just ignore a problem then own it. Sent a combo instead of the meat lovers.

Update: and I got sick later that night, worst experience ever.
Pizza came to me very late, it was cold and the seal was broken. Called the store and they refused a refund, claiming that corporate doesn’t allow refunds. Which I know that’s not even close to true. Not to mention the manager got on the line and started immediately talking over me and being argumentative with me. I was talking in hushed tones as I was holding a napping baby. I literally had to tell her to calm down, that’s not good customer service.

Last night, we ordered two large pepperoni & onion pizzas. They were delivered promptly and the temperature was good, so those were two positives, but… They were so skimpy on the toppings it was disappointing. Each large slice had maybe two or three pepperonis and one piece of onion, and a lot of the slices didn’t have any onion on them at all. It almost looked like a cheese pizza that somebody accidentally spilled a few toppings on. (Seriously, Digiorno pizzas from the grocery store have more toppings than these did.) I don’t ever remember Pizza Hut being this skimpy, but if this is the new direction, we’re not likely to order from here again.

Note: I’ve also had problems getting rewards loaded to my Pizza Hut account, and the company sends canned unhelpful responses without any resolution. This is the third order I’ve placed that I didn’t get any reward points for–and yes I verified that I’m signed up for rewards and they have verified it, too… I don’t even want to get into all the details of how much back-and-forth has been spent over the problems with just getting rewards for our orders. Anyway… Pile that on top of skimpy toppings, and we’ll just have to buy our pizzas somewhere else now.

Seems like they get a lot of one-stars so I hate to give another one. BUT … when I order at the counter I don’t give a tip. Especially after so many fast food employees got a 100% raise (from $7.85 to $15) recently. That crap’s getting out of hand. The guy seemed miffed. I had to almost beg for napkins. And I didn’t like the chicken bacon melt at all. Also, the wings were more like popcorn chicken. And it’s getting pretty bad when you hope to God the employee didn’t spit in your food.

I really like your new chicken sausage and even though my phone made some choices by mistake the pizza was one of the best I have ordered – ever! That says a lot because I’m 74 and have eaten pizza from coast to coast and in Rome as well. I ended up with your classic marinara sauce on thin crust with chicken sausage, caramelized onions, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, grape tomatoes, garlic and basil pesto drizzle (before the ingredient list it said “Specialty Pizza: Pesto Margarita” but I think this was “customized,” lol). Keep up the good work – I’ll BE Back.

Really couldn’t give my friend two paper plates so we could eat our cheese bread sticks with marina sauce in car so we wouldn’t make a mess. Greedy location, don’t tip until after you get your service first.
