It’s convenient and cheap for pizza. Sometimes. That being said, this place is a mess whether you do delivery or pickup. It’s less than 5 minutes from my house for delivery and the drivers are always late. And when we do pickup, they almost never start the food until it’s time for pickup and the food comes out awful. If you can help it, go to pizza factory instead or one of the locally owned private restaurants for better quality food.

4/12/19 Employee who called was nice about the fryers not working, so no chicken wings, but my pizzas were demolished, almost no crust on them, either something wrong with the oven, or the process not being followed properly, huge bubbles in the crust, and a good 40 to 50% of the crust was missing. Seems like toppings missing too. Not happy at all. Worst pizza I’ve gotten here, usually pretty happy with it.

Ordered a pizza online received a notification that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived the manager said it never got put through and asked if i would be willing to wait. Sure no problem things happen. So 20 minutes go buy and still no pizza. So i asked again of the status and he then told me again that oh it never got started you will have to wait another 15 min by this time i had started recording the manager due to his outrageous behavior and attitude when asked to just refund my money so he proceeded to call the cops to have me removed because he was so uncomfortable with himself that he couldn’t do his job correctly. First they were 40 mins late with the delivery. Then the pizza is uncooked. The bacon on it is raw absolutely disgusting. Tried to call was immediately put on hold and left there for 20 mins before I finally hung up. NEVER EVER go to this location.

I don’t know why I keep trying. I tried to order online and it said my order was canceled. My wife tried and hers went through. We called to make sure both cards didn’t get charged as we only wanted 1 order. We explained to the person on the phone the problem as we both showed a pending charge on 2 different bank cards. We were told one charge would drop off. After just checking both cards bank transactions we were both charged and only got one order. I am very disappointed from this place and for me its unfortunate but they have lost my business. I guess the next step is trying to dispute the charge to my bank.

I ordered a pizza last weekend for my birthday. I’ve had a couple good pizzas from them since I’ve moved here so I figured it’d be decent. I ordered a supreme pizza along with other stuff. When it arrived it smelled heavily of burned mushrooms. The slices were small, and there was hardly any meat on the pizza and way too much crust. If I wasn’t hungry I would’ve returned it. I felt sick the next day. It was unappetizing and horrendous. You wouldn’t think someone would do that to a pizza.
