I’m so SORRY, I order my food and made two big mistakes, and they still helped me.
I’m not feeling well and I made a mistake on my phone number and I forgot to add my apt #. They still re-delivered my pizza and were nice about it.
I have lived here 10yrs and been ordering 10yrs, and not once has there ever been a MISTAKE or received BAD or SUB-PAR FOOD/ORDER!.
MY FOOD AND SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT, and
IN-REGARDS TO MY ENTIRE ORDER, FOOD, WEBSITE, DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SERVICE !.
My husband wanted to order elsewhere the past 2 months BC OF COUPONS, IT WAS A HORRIBLE 2 MONTHS. WE HATED THE PIZZA there.
WE’RE GLAD TO BE HOME @ Pizza Hut.

So far the service has always been great. Weve been lucky to always have great service. We’ve been going here for 5 years. The food is good. The place is clean. Delivery is also nice and on time. Call in orders have always been correct.

Terrible experience and customer service was provided from the evening shift supervisor. I placed an order online and received my order about 40 minutes late order was placed at 6:59pm and received my order at 8pm. I call the Pizza Hut store twice and I was told by the shift supervisor that they only had 1 driver to deliver about 5 different orders. I informed the shift supervisor what was reason for only one driver and he couldn’t answer the question or the reason why there online system provided incorrect delivery time when it was not delivered the promised time that was given online. The shift supervisor literally did not care and did not offer to do anything about it. Never again will I placed a pizza order from here. Pizza and wings were received cold.

Had a delivery from this Pizza Hut location. They closed early when it states that they close at 11. My customer is very unhappy and I am as well because now I won’t get payed for this delivery. Don’t be lazy. Keep your store open for the designated times or find another job. I will be contacting HR.

Got my pizza with no pizza sauce on it. Tf kinda goofy boy doesn’t put sauce on a pizza. Seems like this place only does good on your food if you tip good which I don’t feel is necessary every time, sorry not sorry it’s pizza. If you’re solely relying on tips than pizza isn’t the place.

Made my online order the night before. Got a call 11 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my order saying that they didn’t have one of the items I ordered, asking if I wanted to cancel. A bit late for that. Got there a few minutes early. Store wasn’t that busy, two other customers while I waited. They let the phone ring quite a while (the other customer at the counter even asked if anyone was gonna pick it up) before answering. My order was not on time. Pizza was alright and the price was cheap enough, but customer service was severely lacking.
