WARNING! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!
I did have a good review with this location. But now it is about to change. My mom and I ordered this pizza here. She was craving pizza because she’s been working long hours at work and decided that she’s order some Pizza Hut. Man was that a mistake. If it would let me post the video of how old and hard this pizza is. Everyone would never order from this location ever again. You can’t even bite into it. It is inedible. My mom contacted Pizza Hut and a lady was very rude and of course there could be NO WAY that she made the pizza bad right? We spent $80 on this pizza. All of it was stale, old, impossible to chew. The only thing that was decent were the wings. And she had the audacity to give my mama attitude. So now imma bring it back and she can eat it. My mom is so upset. We have dealt with poorly ran establishments before and we have had multiple people fired and even had an entire casino shut down. Sometimes you need to just make things for others the way that you’d make it for yourself or you may run into the wrong customer that will end up making you lose your job. 0 stars.

I’ve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt as I’ve had multiple orders that are disappointing, but after spending $50 last night (which is insane) I’m just never going to order from this location again. The pasta was dry and was literally one scoop of pasta and 3 pieces of dry chicken for $7 . The pizzas had more crust than anything, and on top of that it was dry and seems like there was no sauce on either of them. The side of marinara you get for breadsticks is good enough for one single breadstick , and god forbid you ask for extra marinara they charge you nearly $1 !! The quality has just gone down so severely but the prices have only kept going up.

Just picked up my order from this location and I ordered extra pepperoni on my pizza with Jalapeños, I was kind of irritated at the fact it clearly looks like there’s not extra pepperoni and it looks the same as my sons plain pepperoni pizza with nothing extra added to his. I was really craving pizza and wanted it the way I wanted it!! The way I ordered it!!! The way I paid for it!!! Im not too happy but it is what it is.

This location has done this to me several times: The app says it was delivered but the pizza doesn’t show up for another 15 minutes. And they always miss something. Customer service transfers you to the store which disconnects immediately. Escalation attempts to contact the store and they can’t. Then they send you to ‘admin’ which also cannot contact the store.
They offer a refund which I accept. I never get the refund. This has happened multiple times. At this point it’s my fault for continuing to fall for this terrible location.
Poor management. Poor service by the central call center.

I would give them negative stars if I could!! I haven’t ordered from them in years because they screw up the order time after time!! And once again, they screwed it up and when I called they said they would remake it but I wouldn’t get it for 45 mins!!! I said you guys screwed up! You need to get it here faster. She said that was the soonest and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I can’t stand this place!!! They need to be out of business!!

The quality went down for awhile for the pizza as it was really dry. And ever since a lady came back to this establishment I believe it was either a manager or supervisor- the quality went up again. Delicious.

Check your food thoroughly upon delivery. Wings were shorted. Sauce was smeared all over containers. Did the delivery guy get the munchies on the way over? Did the cook miscount? Who knows

We went to pizza Hut on East Sahara ave we get home five minutes away and one of our pizzas was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage we only got pepperoni pizza we’re cold and don’t taste fresh I guess it will start to be Marcos pizza so much better we just had it today pizza Hut I er priced and they can’t read the orders correct and cold

I placed an order over the phone and the associate said will take 60 to 75 minutes… After one hour and 46 minutes I received a call saying that they can’t service my jurisdiction , when Pizza Hut it’s about 2 blocks away from me … I was lazy to drive I admit that but c’mon 2 hours for 2 pizzas … Bottom line I will never buy at pizza hut again.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. The manager is a horrible manager. No quality control. My pizza was burnt and dry. A good manager would have never let something like that go out of the store that way. She doesn’t care about the customer. Terrible place. It’s too bad because it represents the the kind of manager she is
