Sooooo mad tonight like I have never wasted such money on food that took a whole hour to get to me BURNT and hard as all hell… took them 45 minutes to answer the phone then they gonna say this is the call center let me transfer you TWICE.!!!!? No it isn’t, it’s your dam store number LAZY LIARS:!!! Then have you waiting ANOTHER 25 minutes on hold before they answered. And then it’s too late to order food because it’s just a waste of time I have to be up for work in 3 hours. WASTE OF PLACE…. NOT TO MENTION, I didn’t even get the EXTRA sauce and cheese I PAID FOR … not even worth calling to complain because I’m not sitting on hold for another dam hour

I called to place an order, a man answered the phone. He picked up the phone as if it wasn’t a business, on top of that I couldn’t hear him. I asked if he can please repeat what he said because he didn’t say a word after he picked up the phone. And then he got my phone # and placed me on hold without telling me. Then 2 seconds later he picks up my phone line and I asked him if I can please place an order. Then he completely hangs up on me. Excuse me? I guess I won’t be ordering from here anymore. Completely rude.
