This place need to be shut down. Order my pizza at 3:50 p.m today. It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I called corporate 2 times before I got my order. Once it got delivered it looked a hot mess. Just shut them down fire everybody ill never order from here agian

Delivery time was set for 7:34 I finally got it at 9pm. Was put on hold for an extended time, they said my order was out for delivery 30min ago but I live 5 min from the store. When I got my food my wings were sitting in oil. I’m not eating this and they are refusing me a refund.

Well, it’s been 6 months or so since my review below, and it seems nothing has changed. This time, I ordered the 5 topping special and selected extra pepperoni and extra cupped pepperoni with toppings on top of ALL the cheese. Yep, you can see history repeating itself. See pic. The pizza should have been covered in pepperoni, but no, there’s nowhere near that amount, and the cheese is again spread over the pepperoni in an attempt to hide the toppings. It’s a simple request. I guess this franchise owner just doesn’t care about their customers. I wouldn’t have come to this location, but it wasn’t my choice. I couldn’t wait to have it corrected because the other food we ordered would have gotten cold waiting.
To top things off, I received a dirty look and a mumbled comment when I paid with my card because I didn’t put a tip on it because I always try to tip in cash. But her actions prompted me to forgo the tip. I then watched her talking to the other person in the back as they were getting my order out of the cook oven. The other person saw me watching them and pointed it out to her. It makes me wonder what might have happened to our food had I not been watching.
Thankfully I didn’t tip them for getting my order wrong because you have to pay first.

Food quality has gone downhill. This is the second time I ordered a pepperoni lovers and received a pizza with maybe half the pepperoni it should have. Their excuse the cheese covered up the rest of the pepperoni. Which proves they can’t follow directions either, because this time, I specifically asked for all toppings to be on top of the cheese. Which also helps the toppings cook better.
On top of that, the food was lukewarm at best. Pizza Hut is using DoorDash to deliver now, and the drivers aren’t putting the food in the insulated bags to keep it hot.
Eating Pizza Hut has become a waste of money. Their solution is wait another hour for them to remake it and send it out cold again. No thanks.

It was a very simple order. “Tavern” style pizza with pepperoni, extra marinara sauce and 1/2 caramelized onions.
My husband arrived to pickup 15 minutes after order was placed. Got home and no extra marinara or onions, though I paid for such.
So I called the store and was put on hold and ultimately told to “wait while I transfer you to someone who can help you” and then hung up on.
It’s like, dude! You’re at the store, so why can’t you help me??
I don’t have time to call all kinds of help lines. I didn’t receive what I paid for. So make it right in some way!
I’m not going here again.

Placed an order online 8/16 store rep said the system was down and they were not getting any of the online orders even though I had a confirmation number. They said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to reorder and pay again since I would be refunded automatically in 3 days. I was not spending an additional $80 with them. As of today 8/20 I have still not heard from them and still no refund I have reached out to corporate and hoping to hear from them soon.

I wish That I looked at the reviews before ordering from here. My pizza was undercooked and the toppings and cheese looked like it was thrown around. They forgot the dips I paid for. They delivered my food 40 minutes past its original delivery time and I don’t live far from this pizza hut.

Short staffed. Always much later than estimated completion time. I feel bad for the people working there, management needs to be better and give the workers some help.

I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and instead got some undercooked bread with some cheese on top. The taste of it was very disappointing. The boneless wings I ordered had hardly any sauce on them at all. They looked gross so I decided not to eat them out of fear of food poisoning given the quality of the food in general. It’s obvious the staff here does not care about the food they serve to people.

Sooooo mad tonight like I have never wasted such money on food that took a whole hour to get to me BURNT and hard as all hell… took them 45 minutes to answer the phone then they gonna say this is the call center let me transfer you TWICE.!!!!? No it isn’t, it’s your dam store number LAZY LIARS:!!! Then have you waiting ANOTHER 25 minutes on hold before they answered. And then it’s too late to order food because it’s just a waste of time I have to be up for work in 3 hours. WASTE OF PLACE…. NOT TO MENTION, I didn’t even get the EXTRA sauce and cheese I PAID FOR … not even worth calling to complain because I’m not sitting on hold for another dam hour
