Pete’s never un delivers. they set the bar for corporate coffee shops. Their coffee is always smooth on point , lines move quickly and they are very courteous.. food selection is excellent. My favorite is the frittata.

The closing employees on 11/26 should go to REI and learn about customer service. If I see the same two working, I’ll turn around and be non-caffeinated. At 5:01 pm both staff members were rude and dismissive when I tried ordering a Cortado for myself and tea for someone else – my first time ever ordering tea at Peet’s. I apologized for the trouble and asked if it was a bad time; the girl snapped “we’re busy.” Busy cleaning so you’re “not there hours after closing?” as the other girl said

Today Dec 22nd I went to peers coffee, 2 customers were in front of me and one behind me, I ordered a Caramel macchiato hot. I got my drink and out of store. My coffee tasted horrible, didn’t smell or tasted like caramel macchiato, tasted like burned coffee and watery . Very disappointed . It happened to me before in the same location, but then they were really busy, I thought it could happen due to rush, but today they were not busy .

On February 11th at 5:50 pm, I went to Peets Cafe to get coffee. The girl at the counter was extremely unhappy and very grumpy, as if she was being forced to work there. Unfortunately, the staff are very grumpy and indifferent. I come here almost every day for coffee, I think I’ll find a new cafe and go there. Moreover, I wanted to scan my ID via the app, the girl said okay but didn’t do it. This kind of attitude towards customers is not pleasant at all.

Peet’s are almost everywhere. It’s almost like Starbucks in that I feel like I see them all the time. Obviously they aren’t quite to the bux level but hopefully you get what I’m saying.
So albeit, we saw a Peet’s nearby again, and wanted a coffee and snack to take to the pool with us, and since neither of us had tried it we thought to have a go.
I liked the atmosphere, but the product wasn’t quite as successful. My chai latte was decent- warm (but not hot) and did the job. I’ve definitely had better at other places- this one was just kind of plain and almost a little watered down. My cinnamon scone was about the same. It tasted nice but just again was pretty average and nothing to excite over.

The coffee was great but I hope the staff could had been a bit attentive and helpful when taking the order. As I brought my own cup and ordered decaf yesterday afternoon, but the barista probably didn’t use decaf beans and there was no order tag stick to the cup and thus due to my sensitivity to caffeine, I had diarrhea right after finishing the drink and am still wide awake at 1am this morning. I guess will need to double check whenever if I decide to order again from this cafe.
Also for this specific lady who took my order and prepared my drink. She had no eye contact no hi or any pleasantry to exchange and no announcement when my drink was ready. Even though I was the only person ordering a coffee around 3pm in the afternoon. Usually the service is a lot nicer than this.

Great coffee–way better than Starbucks. This place was very busy, and the line moved a bit slowly. But the place was clean, and the baristas were friendly. Also, there is a great, dedicated outdoor seating area for good weather.
It would be great if Pete’s allowed people who want simple drip coffee to help themselves.
