I was eating my food in store when I heard some commotion coming from the counter by the register. When I started to listen I was hearing a customer having an issue with her order so naturally I wanted to see how everything would be handled. I will say that the store manager was very diligent and respectful and handled the situation with empathy and understanding and was able to give the customer what they were asking for. The customer continued to rant and rave but I did give props to the manager on my way out for the way she held herself and handled the situation.

Food and Service were good however the place hasn’t been updated in a long time. Don’t get me wrong we are very lucky to still have our pizza hut but it would be nice if it was a little more modern.

Went in to place an order for a personal pan supreme which I eat all the time at different location, but first they kept staring making us uncomfortable and finally came to take my order 5 min I stood there. Then tried to charge almost 17.00 for one personal pan supreme. I can get one down the road right for 6.99 but this jerk was trying to pocket some cash or something. So rude and horrible service I walked out without even ordering. I’ll go to the next one … where they were nice and knew how to do things right. Shame on you for being so dang rude guy, dont eat here!

Awful service. I was told to sit down for dine in, no offer for menus. After 15 min later we get a menu and order water. 15 min later still no water. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Zero stars should be an option.

Our pizza was missing the toppings and when taken back they just put what the missing items on instead of making a new pizza for us to have a fresh correct meal, we get to “enjoy” a nice cold taco pizza. Do better Pizza Hut

Plastic forks, no spatulas to serve the pizza with. No fountain drinks all I’m bottles which really changes the taste. Thankful they still serve Pepsi products.
