You guys normally make a good pizza for me and my kids. And I tip everytime. I ordered 2 pizzas, one with pepperoni the pizzas looked beat up & one didn’t have any extra cheese. It’s my fault cause I didn’t look at it first before I paid for it & tip. I can’t even go back because the parade is going on. But lesson learned, never again! I will check my pizzas before I pay & tip from now on. And were hungry so. Whatever they got me

Horrible experience! So I ordered plain pepperoni and cheese for my kids and cheesy bread everything was suppose to come with garlic butter on the crust but it didn’t. We got all the way home and had to go back to store. We thought they would remake the pizza for us but no the lady was super rude and says all we can do is add it to it and squeezes the sauce over the crust of the pizza. Clearly in the picture you can see it was just squeezed on and now from going all the way home back to the store and back home we have cold pizza. Horrible customer service! Not going back to this location and from now on I am going to be checking my pizza before I walk out of the store (which I shouldn’t have to because the order should be correct). It shouldn’t be the customers responsibility. The lady needs to take accountability for making the mistake and fix it instead she wants to put a bandaid over it and thinks that will make it all better.

The pizza was good. My wife ordered online and she sent me a screenshot of the order. Said it would be ready @ 6:35 to 6:45. I walked in at 6:40 and they hadn’t started it. That’s really not a big deal. The problem I had was the lady that smugly copped an attitude with me for coming in and asking for it before it was ready. If the staff can’t keep up then they need not give an estimated time of it being ready.

Pretty disappointed in this dominoes I’ve never had issues before until yesterday. I guess the staff is just lazy and doesn’t know how to cut pizza right. Very inconsistent size pieces The one piece was huge, and then the others were small.

Dominoes is still a go to. When you can’t get a home cooked meal, this store is good for me. The food is very decent, fresh at this location. I’ve been dealing with them for years. I’ve tried other locations but I think a lot of this one. What works for me may not work for you, but i have a good eye for good food.

Made order on Halloween night for delivery. Added tip. Address was correct. Payment was correct. They canceled the order on us after it showed in the oven bc one number was off on the phone number, then told me it’d be an hour and a half before they could deliver it to us after I called to ask why it was cancelled. If the payment works and the address works, take the money and deliver the pizza. Will not use this store again.

Lately pizzas have been horrible, I still buy here and there but it’s not close to being as good as they were a couple months ago.
I always have tomato sauce on normal and it used to come with a decent anount of it a couple months ago. Out of nowhere I got a pizza that was supposed to be normal on tomato sauce but it BARELY had any tomato sauce. I’d say about 75% of every slice had no sauce. It’s almost like if I selected light on tomato sauce instead of normal. I thought someone just messed up my order so I let it go. Couple days later I ordered again and the same issue happened, I wanted normal tomato sauce and I got light again. I ended up getting a free pizza and I figured out “if I order normal and they’re giving me light, maybe I should order extra and I’ll get normal?”. Well that did not work out. My pizza was soaked in tomato sauce.
They’re not putting the right amount of tomato sauce on pizzas anymore. It’s either you get light, which is pretty much just cheese with a small spoon of tomato sauce on each slice, or you get a waterfall of tomato sauce when you select extra.

Lazy! I ordered the bbq wings and they simply poured sauce on them. This just screams “idgaf”. Toss the wings in the sauce and bake them!
