Ordered carry out and when opened it looked like someone took a slice of pizza, called the store and couldn’t even get the managers name because she tried to get me off the phone so quickly offering a free pizza and all I wanted was to let her know as someone in the food business this isn’t ok.
I didn’t think she heard or listened, I don’t care how busy you are is a customer calls to let you know LISTEN LINDA LISTEN!!!

We were seated fast. But our waiter was not very friendly. Ashley needs to work on her customer service skills. Sitting at the table for almost thirty minutes without being acknowledged is awful.

Ordered takeout pizza, got home was given wrong order, I’m 20 minutes away drove back, they had to remake my pizza. No apologies, no compensation, they were awful. Got home and new pizza was terrible, was suppose to have extra sauce, you couldn’t see or taste that it had any sauce on it. Very disappointing. Won’t go back to them, next time I will go back to pizza 9 they always get my pizza right.

11-9-25 Had a date lunch with my husband and had a great time! The restaurant was empty until near the end of our visit which we’re use to with this Pizza Hut. The staff was super friendly and kept apologizing because they were busy in the kitchen, but they honestly didn’t take that long. We ordered a large supreme pan and mild wings. Both were so good!!! Best wings I’ve had at Pizza Hut thus far! Crispy and sauced a good amount.
I do wish and hope this location gets the Pizza Hut Classic remodel in the near future to help with bringing customers back to eat inside. I remember when I was little, it was usually pretty packed, so it is sad to see it so empty in recent years. I get covivi and other reasons causing people to not dine-in as much anymore. But man, the food was so peak, I just want to see this location thrive again!

A nice clean Pizza Hut. It’s not downtown and is near Allen theater which is awesome. My son loves pizza. We had pizza, bread sticks, tradition wings and boneless wings. Very delicious. We come here more often. A great pizza join.

We stood @ the door for quite awhile after walking in. No one around, ddnt get greeted. But the podium sign said, “please wait to be seated” after a while a worker finally appears & says somem in the line of OH!! What can I do 4 you? I said, “we want to be seated we would like to eat some pizza & we’ve been standing here for long time! She says, No it’s been only 5mins. That means she watched & timed us from the back room. She also says, “have a seat then” I referred to the podium sign about how we need to wait to be seated. Very Rude!! No wonder there was no signs of other customers.

Katherine was our waitress. It seemed like she was the only one working, but was still able to get our food out right away and even kept up with our refills that we didn’t have to ask for. She was super sweet. First time we had excellent customer service at this location. I hope management will praise her for her customer service.

Buying Pizza Hut pizza is like paying for extremely expensive bread!!!! There was hardly any cheese, and the crust took up half of each slice! The breadsticks were flavorless and dry. And it was all too salty! This was the first time we had been here in a long time, and now I remember why we stopped coming in the first place. Sorry Pizza Hut, but you need to up your game!
