I made a mistake and ordered carry out instead of delivery by mistake so I attempted to call and correct the order but all I get is a person in a different country they transferred me 3 times and it just hung up. I then escalated it and all the supervisor could say is they could not get ahold of the store and she would send an email to cancel the order. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

If you make an order and it takes the driver over an hour to get it to you, and it arrives cold. They won’t do a thing for you accept expect you to go through a terrible experience again, but for free.

Pizza was bad. Dough was undercooked and literally dripping with grease, I’ve ordered from pizza hut recently and I’ve never had so much grease. We ordered two different pizzas too, and same for each pizza. I’d expect for 45$ spent that I’d at least get pizza with cooked dough. Our driver was great though!
Edit: I called about a refund and they told me no manager is in duty and I will have to call tomorrow. Then the worker on the phone told me it was because I ordered the stuffed crust that the dough wasn’t cooked and next time *I* need to put that I want it well done.

Paid $30 for a meat lovers and bread sticks and it’s NOT a meat lovers as I remember it to be. Not much meat on this expensive pizza, will Not order from PH again Not worth the money.

Pizza arrived like it was literally ran over. Never got another one delivered. Poor operation at this location. Told the manager that delivered it to take it back as I caught her before she left my house and she said she was sending another one then another manager calls me to tell me they don’t have a driver to deliver my pizza I paid for… never received a refund or a pizza. Ordered online confirmed my order waited 30 minutes when it was delivered it was short items. When I called the store I was told there were 10 orders before he could make my missing items and have them delivered to me or I could go get it. I told him my order was in before the other 10 so I should be a priority. Hello….I tipped the driver not only on my card but in cash and was treated like this? Last time I ever go there….
