It’s been a while since I been to any pizza hut, and now I remember why. Order took twice as long to be ready. Lady taking my cash was rude and disrespectful. Finally. When my pizzas was ready, they were way undercooked. I asked for crushed red pepper and the lady wanted to charge me for it. Everywhere else the crushed red pepper is free! The stuffed crust pizza was the worst to say the least. Inside the restaurant was dirty. I was not told thank you by the 100 year lady working there. I will stick to Domino’s from now on. Domino’s has better pizza and customer service. They also have better deals and Domino’s has 100% better stuffed cfmrust pizza.

Orderd Pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived and it’s ice cold like it had been sitting out for hours. It’s dry looking not even a spot of warmth. I called they remade it and brought it but, it’s the same. Guy who answered the second time was rude and hateful saying “I already sent you another one I’m not remaking it. I told him he could have them both back. I was gung up on. Called again and the recording didn’t even come on it just hung up as soon as I dialed. This place is trash. Pizza Hut used to be high quality not its just as gross as little ceasers just priced higher. I might have been better off getting little ceasers.

Ordered for the first time in years, since they were having the 10.00 deal. They have lost their touch. One of the pizzas were “stuck” in the oven, so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for it. I understand that things happen, but when they gave me the pizzas one was made with marinara instead of garlic parmasan. The pizza was completely ruined! It was practically uneatable. We will be going to domino’s from now on, as they seem to be more diligent with their orders.

when i went to pick up the pizza there was no lobby. it was a walk up window kinda situation. Id bring a jacket for cold weather pickups. Pizza was good tho. The lady was nice too

I placed my order through the app, waited 15 minutes, and went to the pickup window. I rang the bell and nobody helped me. They always keep the main door locked, and I don’t understand how they take orders at the counter. Inside the store there were three people, and none of them attended to me. A man came out from somewhere, saw me, and didn’t help or even ask what I needed. He went to the counter, grabbed a cupcake, and started eating it. I rang the bell again—about five times—and only then did someone come out to ask what I needed. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered my pizza at 6:30 and was told it would get here at 7:30. I did not get it until 8:10. than when I called to see where the food is at they would take forever to answer their phone and when they finally answered they kept putting us on hold over and over again. Just got the 2 most stale pizzas I’ve ever had. These 2 pizzas felt and tasted like they weren’t even made that day. It looked like they made it last week and had it sitting on top of their counter until they sold them to me today.

I’ve recently switched to Pizza Hut after a bad service experience at Domino’s. So far I like this store, after my first few pizzas only one had an issue with a lack of toppings but overall so far not bad. The staff is friendly and on their game. The food is hot and it’s ready when they tell you it will be. I especially enjoy the thin crust, it’s crispy like a cracker, the way it should be.
They could work on the mushrooms, they’re a bit thin and turn solid in a short time with little substance. But hey, this isn’t a high dollar premium product so for the value and price it’s pretty good with everything together.
Be sure to add extra cheese on the hand-tossed and pan pizzas, it’s worth it.
Another plus are the choices of flavored crusts, with garlic buttery being my favorite, and try the other sauces, the creamy garlic parmesan sauce is perfect on the thin crust.

Food has been “on the way” for 40 minutes…. we live 10 minutes away…. No one picks up the phone at the store. It just rings. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!! You will not get your food!!!
