OK, I will be the first to admit that if you don’t like Pizza Hut food, you can ignore my food rating and if you don’t like nostalgia, you can ignore the rest. This place is straight out of the early 90s and is really well kept. It’s too bad they don’t have the buffet still working, but it’s still there in excellent condition Staff is friendly, and the pizza was perfectly executed from a Pizza Hut standards standpoint.
This place is an absolute gem in a place that celebrates bygone eras. I wish they’d put a few 1980s video game machines in here and also it wasn’t very crowded. I would love to see the place get some more business. This is definitely not a completely modern Pizza Hut, and I couldn’t have been happier having the experience being here , it’s very well run.

One of these old-fashioned Pizza Hut restaurants still exists! Loved the fact we ran into one.
Everything was good except 1 thing. The atmosphere was empty. There are lots of old things hanging up on the wall.
Ordered our pizza, which came out delicious. However, the service was a bit upsetting. We sat down, waiting for our food in the restaurant. Waited approximately almost 30 minutes. Went up to the register, and pur pizza was already in the warmer. It seemed like it was in there for a while. She didn’t even bother to call out our number. Warning: If you order and choose to dine in, be sure to wait up front. She won’t call you up until you show up.
It was quite disappointing. Rated a 2 based on primarily the service. Service definitely needs major improvement.

Just got into town and everything was closed or close to closing. So Pizza Hut it was. The we ordered a deep dish sausage and green bell pepper pizza with some bread sticks. OMG!! This was the BEST Pizza Hut pizza we ever had. The bread sticks were just right. Seriously some good pizza. Place was clean and staff were all wearing masks. Masks are required to enter. They do not have fountain drinks available at this time but bottles are available.

The food was good and tasty, but other than that, they get a thumbs down. Atmosphere was a little Shabby, but bathrooms definitely needed help, not enough TP. we had 2 squares, but they did rectify it after we told them. We ordered a big box meal that comes with 2 medium square pizzas, breadsticks and wings or pasta, and the menu stated $24.99, and we were charged $28.99. When I asked the manager “why we were charged a different price?” Manager stated sorry our prices aren’t what states on menu… what the heck!! So when you order the prices are not what you think so please watch your receipts. Also, they charge you extra for crushed red pepper, parmesan, and any sauce to go with the wings. You don’t even get 1 free. But TJ and Arnel had great customer service!

We were traveling to Grand Canyon and on the way we decided to have dinner at Pizza hut. We ordered the dinner online and picked up our dinner in 30 minutes. When we reached Pizza hut we picked our dinner and decided to eat dinner at Pizza hut restaurant. For dinner we ordered Vegetarian Pizza, Margarita Chicken Pizza, Garlic Bread, Pasta and one large dinner box. The food was hot and delicious. We loved our dinner and it was freshly made and amazing. The best of the lot was Chicken Pizza with the buffalo sauce. Amazing pizza and everyone loved it.

Do not be fooled by a sit down availability they will over charge you. We paid 18 for a MEDIUM and root beer when their taste maker is 10. The nice older couple after us paid over 40 for just two larges. And when you do get it you’ll be lucky if there is anything but sauce on it.

Don’t understand why people are negatively commenting about the customer services and quality of pizza. Our large Hawaiian and pasta were perfectly cooked and delicious!

This is the first time we were ever told that the facility will not substitute vegetables that were out of stock with another available veggie! The worst part is, they gave this option to the people after me and when I checked they said “ the previous person were wrong but sorry we can’t fix your pizza!”
Extremely unfriendly staff, uneducated about basic substitute options, please avoid at all costs!!

First they completely forgot about us, we say there for 45 minutes and then we went up and asked for them to come take our order. It took us 30 minutes to eat and during that entire time the waitress never came back to our table. Then we were there for almost 2 full hours before they brought us the check. As soon as they brought us the check we put the card on it ready to pay. It was after they closed and 20 minutes later we heard them talking about us asking if we got the check yet and why we weren’t leaving. We waited 10 more minutes and decided to go up to Pay since they weren’t getting the hint. Also carpet was disgusting and multiple holes everywhere in the seating, they just had them covered with red tape. Also when we finally had the opportunity to ask for a refill on our drinks they told us their machine was tore down already and couldn’t refill our drinks. Also they were out of items we tried to order.

Pizza was super greasy, we were DOUBLE CHARGED for the bundle we order. We had to order it over the phone because the app and website were messing up. They gave extreme attitude when the food was picked up. Usually they’re really good but this once theyre horrible. They admitted to over charging but don’t want to do anything about it.
