Pizza was super greasy, we were DOUBLE CHARGED for the bundle we order. We had to order it over the phone because the app and website were messing up. They gave extreme attitude when the food was picked up. Usually they’re really good but this once theyre horrible. They admitted to over charging but don’t want to do anything about it.

Rob was absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful after completing my order he walked back made my pizza turned around cut two pizza’s just as he was finishing the buyers of those pizza’s came in he said to me yours will be right out then said to the couple hi two pizza’s for some name. Yep he rang them out took a phone order then went and got that pizza in the oven just as my pizza was coming out he cut it and brought it up, smiling the whole time ,,the guy is an amazing one man pizza show

And, a disregard for costumer safety, as the double “must remain unlocked during business hours” doors were locked. No one behind counter gave any concern about the locked exit doors.

Great service for carry-out pizza for our family. Loved the gluten free crust options as one family member needs this item. Sarah took our orders, very efficient and friendly. Food was hot and exactly as ordered. We had originally planned to eat in the restaurant but repairs were being done so took carry-out. (This is the reason for four stars instead of five).

We were traveling to Grand Canyon and on the way we decided to have dinner at Pizza hut. We ordered the dinner online and picked up our dinner in 30 minutes. When we reached Pizza hut we picked our dinner and decided to eat dinner at Pizza hut restaurant. For dinner we ordered Vegetarian Pizza, Margarita Chicken Pizza, Garlic Bread, Pasta and one large dinner box. The food was hot and delicious. We loved our dinner and it was freshly made and amazing. The best of the lot was Chicken Pizza with the buffalo sauce. Amazing pizza and everyone loved it.

I’m a foreigner and still have problems with tipping in the us but i guess you tip for service. Here the only service I experienced was a man waiting for a tip. First I waited at the counter because no one was in the room. Then I didn’t get the drink I ordered, then the man who brought me the cardboard boxes with pizzas forgot the (paper) plates at the end I had to clean up the table myself with the help of the man who was just standing. Isn’t that what it’s supposed to look like? Is this standard at American Pizza Hut?

No salad bar. No ice. No fountain drinks. Was given Luke warm water. Terrible service. Ordered bone in chicken wings but was given boneless garbage that resembled burnt dog treats. One of the worst dining experiences ever. Everyone in our dining party had the same experience. We all will never return to Pizza Hut.

Do not be fooled by a sit down availability they will over charge you. We paid 18 for a MEDIUM and root beer when their taste maker is 10. The nice older couple after us paid over 40 for just two larges. And when you do get it you’ll be lucky if there is anything but sauce on it.

We order online, the order was ready on time for pick up. It was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The crust was amazing, soft and light and just right. The toppings were generous and very good. We had the supreme; excellent choice. The kids had double pepperoni! We all thoroughly enjoyed it.
