Pizza looked like someone bit into it in 2 different areas and one slice had a huge hole in the middle like some one played with it(New York pizza only 6 slices total) I been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 1/2 hrs with no luck no one answers the phone except to places new order but they aren’t in the store they are located in the Philippines. I will be calling the health department in the morning . This is not right !!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Pizza is trash and you can’t even get ahold of the stor when they mess up your order. $65 I spent on this trash is absurd. Would love it if someone from the store would actually answer there phone or corporate would help out.

I’ve ordered wings from here fairly regularly and over the past 6 months it’s become a 50/50 whether the wings have little to any sauce. When they do, it’s great. It’s why I order these wings, because I like the sauce. But lately I keep getting no sauce on the wings or in the container. People, if I wanted un sauced wings I can buy frozen and make them at home. There are dozens of other wings places that I will be taking my business to moving forward.

This Pizza Hut is always open late at night every other store closes I see the same 2 guys working every night not complaining about a single thing always so helpful always doing over and beyond for us they deserve a raise!!! Pizza was amazing

Very poor Customer Service
Apparently, they did not have deep dish and or hand tossed pizza and instead of them, giving us a call to let us know that they did not have certain ingredients that was for a work lunch. They handed us a receipt when we came in to pick up that said the order has been canceled.
If you are not going to make an item for someone, the least your company could do is call to inform that they need to make a different selection or something instead of us having to find out the hard way that y’all don’t have the only thing that you serve, which is pizza

I have ordered several times and have had my order cancelled without notification. After I finally get a hold of someone there, they just tell me that they are busy, but that I will get my money back. This time the canceled my entire order because they were out of wings… Its annoying because then after waiting for like an 1 1/2, I then have to go somewhere else and wait another 1 our so. My employees had to wait a good 3 hours for food to arrive when they were working out in the sun 🙁

I dont know if its just this location but pizza huts pizza is just way worse than it used to be. There pan pizzas used to be the best now there barley better than dominos which I will never eat again. Its cheap enough thats why I still gave 2 stars.
