I order pizza and wings for my family and I. I ask for 2 of the pizzas to be well done and they delivered BURNT PIZZA! Not well done, completely burnt. The pepperoni was black! Onions, black! Crust, black! I immediately called and spoke to the manager, she sounded like she wasn’t surprised nor interested. Asked if I want my account credited or remake my pizza. They remade it and didn’t tell the delivery driver that it was a order correction. The wings were good but cold by the time the new pizza arrived. I will never order from this location again. Next time, if a customer is spending over $70 plus tip for fast food pizza, please don’t send out burnt food. Take the time out to make another one before sending it out and expecting people to settle for it.

We has a terrible experience with our doordash driver who delivered the pizza. She would not give us our order even though we prepaid. I called pizza hut and RJ was very understanding and took care of us. He was also very apologetic even though it was not his fault. It’s a shame companies use doordash instead of paying drivers. Will definitely order here again knowing the staff and RJ has our backs.
