Order missing topping and portions wrong about half the amount of pasta that should be in the container. Manager Jessica and assistant manager name unknown never apologized and even claimed my order was not wrong. The assistant manager hung up on me during my first call when I told him he was wrong. Jessica never apologized for their mistake or the assistant manager hanging up on me. They wouldn’t refund my card, they would only do a store credit.

I’m really impressed with the Big New Yorker. The crust has the right church and crispness. It’s tender, it’s not dry. Best pizza I’ve had in a while! And it’s Pizza hut!!!??? Haven’t had Pizza Hut in several years! Definitely gonna order this again.

This restaurant is overall good, it has gotten much better than it used to be. My main beef with them is that we are right outside their service area, and there are other places around them that deliver to us, so there’s absolutely no reason why they can’t deliver to us. Also, note to manager – you might want to watch what the employees are discussing or yelling while working.

Very horrible business. Does not offer same deals that are online. The manager that answered that the phone was a total bia from the get very short and rude. I have ordered from them for years. Hell, even worked there years ago. I will never order from them again. You can thank your manager on duty tonight. Have 6 kids total fam of 8 usually spend about 100 plus each time we order. You will never see a dime from us again.

I use to like the manager at this location our concerns use to get addressed. But some concerns more recently. We were given a bone and was counted as a wing in a 6 piece order then was told there would be a credit but wasn’t according to the Shift manager at night, who was very rude and useless unable to make a judgment call on her own, said she “will get in trouble” for correcting the sorry wings we were given.
