The quality of the food at Pizza Hut has really taken a dramatic decline. I ordered a large pan pizza and it was UNDER COOKED!! It was doughy and nasty. The pepperoni wasn’t even cooked through. Then the bread sticks are about 3 or 4 inches shorter than they used to be!! Also, the sauce container was only half full in a clear container!! What a joke. So shrinkflation has definitely affected Pizza Hut! I would avoid this poor quality pizza joint.

Order delivery for my job today. And Heather was amazing. Helped me order on a phone because I can’t do this. Social media online order stuff. Food was delicious. She educated me on where they put the marinara sauce in the boxes. I’ve always thought Pizza Hut was the gold standard for Pizza ever since I worked there 3 times as a kid.

Ordered pizza tonight for dinner 2 cheese pizzas 1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni and black olives all hand tossed. I got what I assume is thin crust with no sauce!!! It never fails that when I order for delivery it never gets delivered at the estimated time. I know ETA doesn’t mean it’ll be super accurate but when it’s 20-30 mins past that time I’d say it’s safe to say that it’s terrible delivery service. I don’t live 20-30 mins away from the store and maybe they have multiple deliveries, well maybe they should hire more delivery drivers. This happens every time, and not to mention the times where I’m missing items on my order. Just over this place I tried to give it multiple chances but I think this was the final straw. I just wanted to feed my family after working 12 hours.

They did not disappoint on Super Bowl Sunday. They had my order ready when I came to pick it up, and they got everything I ordered. Though I dropped a star because they didn’t cut my cookie, and the sausage pizza tasted a little watery. Pepperoni Pizza, BBQ Wings, and Breadsticks were the spot.

I’ve ordered pizza, bread sticks, fries and desert here a couple of times a month for the last year everytime it has been just as I ordered it. I get stuck at my shop all the time and can’t make it home for dinner or when I have people helping me out at the shop it’s always my go to. Absolutely disgusting! We made our order online and when we get there they said they had to cancel the whole order because they were out of cinnamon sticks and breadsticks so we ended up waiting in the drive thru for about 20 mins only to get an undercooked disgusting doughy pizza Never ordering from pizza hut again! Save your time and money. Order from somewhere else.

First of all, didn’t realize the location had changed. Google needs to be updated. Secondly, had a sort of issue with my online order and tried to call the store. Kept getting a call center who transferred me to the store and then I got hung up on. So I went to the store and the worker was apologetic because their phone system wasn’t working. And third, went back later for my order, could tell it had been made way before it was time. Therefore the breadsticks were not as fresh because they were just in a flimsy sack. One of the pizzas had the incorrect toppings on it. Over all the pizza tasted okay.

Ordered online and was in hand 15 minutes later, hot and perfectly cooked. It is great having a Pizza Hut on my street(700W) that I can walk to get counter service or drive to and use the drive up window or have delivery. WTG Pizza Hut!
