The burgers were ok fries were not great very soggy. The lady at the counter had no smile and bad customer service skills. Dining room was dirty had to clean a table to eat on it yet it was slow so they could have been cleaning instead of just standing around. Also our serving tray was so dirty and had visible dirt on it. We won’t be going back and suggest nobody eat here.

Great burger, with a friendly staff. This place is located on the service road of1960 going towards 1st St. in Humble. I got the double play, the triple play was to big. This was a great burger because it has fresh vegetables on them and they used a red onion to give the burger an extra layer of flavor. Seasoning was great, I would probably add a dash of coarse black pepper to make it pop. Other than that, no complaints. I will be back.

Went once, great burger and fries. Came tonight around 8:30p and the doors were locked (sign on the door says they close at 10pm Mon-Sun), employees in the back shaking their heads at each other and shrugging and just ignoring us. No one answered at the drive thru either.

I’ve eaten at most Bases locations and never have I ever received such poor service and food quality at either location until this one. Burger buns were burnt and fries were old mixed with new. The employee tried to tell me that the buns are always toasted that dark…(lies)! On top of this, the floor was so sticky that I nearly fell because my shoe got stuck. I would have been satisfied with just a refund and not leaving this review if it hadn’t been for the employee trying to con me into thinking what they were serving was Bases standard. I know better because I’ve eaten at the Texas City location, Baytown location, as well as the one that used to be in League City. I loved them all! This location in Humble is terrible and is a misrepresentation of Bases Burgers all together.

I love to support local businesses and tried this place. Fries were old and cold and I’m not sure what the mystery meat was for the perfectly formed 1/4 rubbery textured patty. Service was not good at all. Luckily country burger on 1960 was less than a quarter mile away so I could get a burger

First time here. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Guy taking order was very friendly and courteous. I’m definitely coming back. Next time I’m trying the burger. Definitely a must try!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered the fish, chicken and shrimp dinner. This was my first time trying them and everything was solid. Everything was seasoned well and it was enough food for 2-3 people. My only gripe would be the shrimp were small, but they gave alot of them. The food was ready quickly and the guys at the window were friendly. I have never seen anyone there and after trying the food I’m guessing people just don’t know. Give them a try.
