If I could put 0 stars, I would. Almost every Pizza Hut that I’ve ordered from doesn’t ever make the order right, and this one is no different. They HATE to put sauce on their pizzas, so I always order extra sauce, and this one didn’t put any sauce on at all. So, when the order came, I looked at it and requested that it be remade. The delivery guy took the pizzas back, and NEVER brought anything back. When I called to resolve the issue, I had to go through someone with an Indian accent to get the store on the phone. The person (Joseph, I think) that answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. I politely explained the issue and asked when my order would be coming back because it had been over an hour since he left. Joseph scoffed and hung up on me without a word. NEVER EVER ordering from them again, and that dude should be fired.

the absolute worst crust I’ve ever had. Hard and dry. The toppings were about as good as a very cheap frozen pizza. Cannot believe this was a pizza from Pizza Hut. It used to be my very favorite. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

I usually have a good experience with the Pizza Hut in North Ogden but not tonight. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it looked horrible! Most of the slices had very little to no cheese. Some of the pepperoni looked dry and overcooked. We also ordered bread sticks and received no marinara sauce to go with it.
The employee at the desk gave my husband a receipt to sign hoping to get a tip. I paid online and have never been given a receipt to sign when I go to pick up a pizza. Even if I was to tip I’m glad that I didn’t after getting home and seeing what the pizza looked like. Make sure you look at the pizza before you leave the store.

Awful. If you don’t have the quantity of staff or trained staff, you shouldn’t be open. Not only did we wait an hour longer than we were told. If I would’ve been told it took an hour to make a pizza, I would’ve gone somewhere else. On top of the awful service, it took them forever to make the pizza wrong. See picture. Should have been a supreme without pesto and the pesto margariteh. Couldn’t care enough to wait for a correct pizza since it would’ve taken 30 minutes to make another pizza. I won’t be returning to this location ever. Recommend you don’t visit either unless you order an hour ahead.

Came to pick up my pizza at the carry out time. Had to wait because no one knew what was going on with any of the orders. They made two of the Sam pizza for the guy in front of me when he only ordered one. The guy after him something happened to his so they asked him to come back so they could remake it. And than mine they only made part of my order, after charging me for all of it, because they ran out of bread sticks. No warning until I got asked what I was waiting for. What a damn joke. No apology, no offer to refund me the money of the breadsticks. This place is a joke! First and last time I will ever come here.

Pizza Hut felt that a $20 tip wasn’t good enough. On a $30 order. The last time I ordered so I was proud to give that $20 tip to the North Ogden Domino’s Pizza. I would recommend to anybody that they don’t go to the North Ogden Pizza Hut.

We ordered delivery, but our order was incorrect. When we finally got ahold of a real person (phone system hung up on me 3 times), they didn’t offer to replace pizza and only offered store credit to be used with certain restrictions. I’m disappointed in their lack of customer service, and honestly pizza wasn’t that great.

And Pizza Hut wonders why Little Caesars sells 20 pizzas to there 1. Disappointing to say the least. Overcooked, very little cheese. Spend less money for better quality at the place that is supposed to be cheap. No wonder Pizza Hut is dying.
