I must say the Overland store in Boise, Idaho the l Stars rated-I’d have to give a 10 cleanliness the store smell clean, a/c was comfortable waiting in the inside. I was working with a girl named Willow. Her customer service was A to-Z top-notch. I had asked her if she was a manager, she said she was becoming an assistant manager. I say to Pizza Hut make that girl manager she’s gonna keep your store the best, she is worth it. The food as usual was delicious.

No menu board, prices aren’t even listed on the take out menu. The staff don’t appear to be hygienic. Not worth risking getting food poisoning.

I ordered my Dinner Box at 8pm. Called at 9:15pm to see why my order hadn’t been delivered and the response was: “Door Dash was supposed to pick it up and never did.” How do you not notice that?! Now, since you people don’t pay attention to orders just sitting there getting cold, we get dinner an hour and half after ordering AND get to microwave it… The incompetence is staggering. I’ll be sure to get my pizza elsewhere from now on.

I walked in and only 1 person was to be seen. Willow, although very clearly busy, greeted me as if we’d interacted 100xS over. Willow took my order and jumped right back in to answering the phone and making pizzas. After about ten minutes of waiting Willow came and assured me my order was almost complete and ready to go. One thing did strike me as weird after a few more minutes 4 other people emerged from the back of the store. Where had the been? Why weren’t the assisting Willow? Maybe it was shift change maybe not but either way I received top notch customer service from Willow. Thanks for being kind and courteous!
