I had such a wonderful experience at BIBIBOP Asian Grill, and I have to give a special shoutout to the manager, Javier. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
Javier’s leadership truly stands out — he was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about both the customers and his staff. It’s rare to see management so hands-on and committed to creating such a positive environment.
The whole experience felt warm and welcoming, and that’s a direct reflection of great management. I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend coming here.

the food quality of bibibop asian grill is top notch. their bowls are so clean, fresh, and tasty. this food is so refreshing compared to other places around here serving greasy pizza, fast food, and pasta. this is amazing. i love their bowls with steak and all of the toppings. their sauces are amazing and their portions are generous. thank you for this amazing meal! <3 ^-^

Good food, but disappointing experience.
My daughter and I visited for the first time on a Tuesday. After sitting down, we noticed a sign on the back side of their outdoor board advertising “Extra protein for just $1 more on Tuesdays.”
When we went back up to the counter to add it and pay the dollar, the employee refused, saying it had to be done at the time of order. I pointed out that the offer isn’t visible from where customers enter — you’d literally have to walk around behind the sign to see it — but she said it was my responsibility to notice it.
The food was good, but we won’t be back. It’s not about the dollar — it’s about a business hiding their promotion and then refusing to stand behind it.

My cousin and I visited this location on our way home from the airport. We were so excited as we’re both gluten free and he had never had Bibibop before. It is one of my favorite places to eat and I’ve never had a poor experience. We went in after another customer (who ended up leaving without getting food) She asked me if I wanted any hot toppings, I didn’t notice at first that there was no food out besides old sweet potato noodles, 3 pieces of burnt dry broccoli and a massive container of sauce. Not sure what hot toppings she was offering me when I asked what I had to choose from she shrugged her shoulders. I asked if they close at 930 like everything clearly states and she stared at me. I told her I didn’t want to pay for a bowl of old noodles and she rolled her eyes at me. If I were the owner I wouldn’t be happy about closing 30+ minutes before closing and just within the 5 minutes we were there three people had left with nothing and spent our money somewhere else. Sad experience for my cousin who was a first timer and also a restaurant manager. I’ll keep driving the extra 15 minutes to Oakbrook. No food and rude employees, also don’t sit on the counter it’s not sanitary. I wouldn’t even give it one star but that’s the lowest option

Glad my nails tech referred me to this new eatery. The food is fresh, healthy, and filling. I visited twice already! Very clean, nice contemporary decor, clean restrooms, free parking right outside. They accept cash and credit. Give them a try, you’re going to love this restaurant too!

Great little place. The food you can customize to how you want it. The price is pretty good. I liked how they took their time when you asked questions as it was the first time we were here. The beef was a little dry but with the choice of sauces, it helped. We each had the same thing but just with different toppings. I really wanted to try the red rice but it looked dry to me. The only upcharge was for if you wanted avocado. It was pretty busy when we went even though it was late in the evening.

Love this place! It’s a little pricey, otherwise I’d be here all the time. I really appreciate how allergy conscious they are and that the entire store is gluten free, peanut free, and MSG free. I’d definitely advise signing up for their rewards program too!

Chicken is extremely dry. Cut in very large pieces. Lacking true flavor. Good healthy options are available, but we had steak as well and it was super dry too. We will stick with other similar restaurant options. They do have a very good drink selection.

I was in need of a healthy , warm, tasty lunch.
I am a Health & Wellness Nurse coach, and eat a plant-dominant diet, so I’m particular about my fast food.
I saught this out because of their options.
I made a bowl with purple rice, roasted broccoli, carrot, cucumber, picked onion, and tofu, with a sesame ginger dressing.
It was all good. Hit the spot.
The store was clean, the staff were attentive.
